Formation of produced hop preparations, benefits connected with their application, conditions of careful use of hop ( in view of its instability ), transformations of hop and its preparations during prolonged storage, addidtion way of hop, methods of bitter substance determination, factors of a good use of hop and its processing products, are discussed.
Number of breweries in Poland, their organizational strmíme, mechanization and automation state of the breweries are presented. The greatest beer markets in the Europe: German, British and Italian, are characterized.
