Artykuł porusza tematykę odpowiedzialności dyscyplinarnej żołnierzy w świetle ustawy o obronie Ojczyzny. Nowa regulacja, obejmująca kompleksowo sfery organizacyjne, służbowe i dyscyplinarne, zastąpiła rozdrobnione dotychczas przepisy, w tym ustawę o dyscyplinie wojskowej. Ustawodawca dokonał jednak licznych zmian w zakresie zarówno sfery materialnej, jak i proceduralnej w zakresie dyscypliny wojskowej. Z uwagi na obszerność przedmiotowej problematyki, niniejsze opracowanie odnosi się do wybranych aspektów, w tym istoty przewinienia dyscyplinarnego, ale także rezygnacji z prowadzenia postępowania dyscyplinarnego z uwagi na charakter/ istotę popełnionego przewinienia.

The article discusses the subject of disciplinary responsibility of soldiers in the light of the Act on Defense of the Homeland. The new regulation, comprehensively covering the organizational, service and disciplinary spheres, replaced the hitherto fragmented regulations, including the Military Discipline Act. However, the legislator made numerous changes in both the substantive and procedural spheres. Due to the extensiveness of the subject matter, this study refers to selected aspects, including the essence of a disciplinary offence, but also resignation from conducting disciplinary proceedings due to the nature of the committed offence.

Following previous geoelectrical researches initiated in 2009 for the delineation and characterization of seawater intrusion in a freshwater aquifer of Sarmatian (late Middle Miocene) age, a subsurface imaging survey via 2-D electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) was conducted in 2019 on the outskirts of Vama Veche resort—Romanian Black Sea southern coast. The survey was organized in the framework of a feld camp sponsored by the Foundation of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG)–Tulsa, OK, USA, with participation of teams from the University of Bucharest—Department of Geophysics and the Geological Institute of Romania. A number of eight ERT profles with N–S, W–E, NNE–SSW, and WNW–ESE orientation and 155–315 m length were imaged with a SuperSting R8/IP instrument (Advanced Geosciences Inc.), using deployments of 32–64 electrodes at 5 m spacing, in Wenner, Schlumberger, and dipole–dipole array confgurations. The processing and interpretation of high-resolution ERT data indicated that the seawater intrusion, evidenced as very low resistivity (5–10 Ω m) anomalous zones starting at approximately 45–49 m depth, has advanced at least 500 m inland. The survey results also allowed the identifcation of a system of fractures or faults with an approximate NW–SE/WNW–ESE and, possibly, N–S orientation, that might have provided potential pathways for saline water intrusion.

This paper is devoted to the development of an effective system for monitoring the technical condition of the axle boxes of rolling stock. To this end, the possibility of solving problems of fault diagnostics based on the theory of fuzzy sets is considered. This allows one note such difficult-to-formalise factors as experience and intuition of a highly qualified expert specialist. It showed that an expert system-based monitoring approach allows evaluation of the technical condition of the axle boxes, characterised by internal and external operating uncertainty. It also proposed the use of parameters such as vibration and noise for comprehensive monitoring of the technical condition of axle box units together with temperature. Furthermore, the combination of these diagnostic parameters and expert system’s possibility to receive all necessary information about the condition of the most critical components of the axle boxes in real-time and analyse the changes in their operational parameters was explored. The stages of modelling an expert system in the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox package of the MATLAB computing environment are presented.

W szczególności zawdzięcza to swojemu składowi oraz substancjom bioaktywnym, które wytwarzają się podczas jego produkcji. W artykule przedstawiono rezultaty badań, które miały na celu określenie zawartości alkoholu oraz kwasowości 12 czerwonych win wytrawnych z 2013 i 2014 roku z Winnicy Poraj.

In particular, it owes its composition and bioactive substances that are produced during its production. The article presents the results of research to determine the alcohol content and acidity of 12 red dry wines from 2013 and 2014 from vineyard Poraj.

The addition of nitrogen compounds during winemaking is required for the fermentation process to be conducted properly. These compounds are known to be essential to the vinification process, not only because they influence yeast growth but also because they affect the formation of main and by-products. The effect of nitrogen source on in vitro and in situ formation of hydrogen sulfide and ethyl carbamate was studied. Research material comprised two strains of wine yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In vitro model was carried out in a synthetic defined medium. In situ fermentations were carried out in musts prepared from apple concentration. The process of hydrogen sulfide formation was intensified in nitrogen deficiency. The presence of amino acids in a model substrate resulted in significant changes in the efficiency of formation of both compounds. Yeasts produced more H2S in the presence of Cys, Phe, Gly, Glu, Ile, Thr, Pro, Leu, Trp, Val and less in the presence Ala, Arg, Asp, His, Ser, Met. The formation of ethyl carbamate was limited by the amino acids, except Arg, Asp and Lys, which during fermentation with Syrena yeasts caused an increase in the efficiency of formation of this compound. The Fermivit V preparation stimulated yeasts to form H2S. In the presence of this preparation the Syrena yeasts formed more ethyl carbamate while Hefix yeasts formed about 3-fold less of this compound then in the presence diamonium phosphate.

W artykule przedstawiono dobór maszyn i urządzeń do projektowanej linii win gazowanych. Linia umożliwia nasycanie wina dwutlenkiem węgla i pakowanie go w ilości zgodnej z założeniami potencjalnego inwestora oraz działa na zasadach najnowszych zdobyczy techniki. Zaproponowane maszyny i urządzenia w przedstawionym zestawie można wykorzystać jako podstawowe oraz niezbędne przy zmienionym asortymencie produkcji, pracujące w uproszczonym zakresie operacji.
