Abstrakty
Proces opracowywania nowych produktów dotyczy w głównej mierze utrzymywania dotychczasowych klientów i rozwoju firmy. Dostawcy są zmuszeni modyfikować istniejące już produkty oraz opracowywać nowe, by zatrzymać swoich klientów, których oczekiwania się zmieniają. Problem polega na tym, żeby mieć zdolność przewidywania, co konkretny klient doceni i kiedy jego oczekiwania ulegną zmianie.
