The purpose of the study is to characterise shipping as a new communicative reality in youth virtual culture based on the analysis of linguistic facts – neologisms. Lexical innovations are considered as evidence of the emergence and spread of new communicative realities. The text analyses the conceptual content of borrowed words which function in the Russian language while forming one thematic group: the verb shipperit (‘to ship’), as well as the lexemes associated with it (derivatives, analogues). The group of borrowed words, which was absent in the Russian 20 years ago, signifies the fact that the Internet users create a phantom reality in accordance with their own experiences. Namely, they fantasise about the romantic relationships of famous bloggers, public figures or characters in comics, films, and books. It is emphasised that the analysed words belong to the vocabulary of the new ‘digital’ communication and characterise the behaviour of Generation Z (Zoomers). The relationship between mental action (‘fantasise’) and speech act (‘write about my fantasy on social media’) seems to be inseparable. The actions of adolescents become a link in the chain of online communication, as bloggers embody these ideas and maintain the game to retain and expand their audience. Users with the same fantasies find each other and unite in groups (fandoms). Quasi-reality creates new communication links.

This paper discusses the deconstructionist category of absence applied by Derrida to the notion of writing, as it is possible for a written message to function despite the physical non-presence of the sender, the recipient, and the context. Derrida challenges the absolute predominance of the Logos, manifested in orality, and sug gests elevating the status of writing. The Derridean concept of arche-writing entails comprehending the written sign as an infinite idea that transcends the present. This paper attempts to relate Derrida’s theory to the 21st century’s ubiquitous virtual communication, which largely involves graphic signs. Nowadays, ICT solu tions enable an anonymous sender to communicate with an absent recipient in an unspecified context by means of written characters. The exploration of digital space marks the end of the era of the Logos, and begins the period when writing turns into a symbol of permanence and infinity.

The article considers the problems and prospects for the development of virtual communication of IT enterprises connected in a cluster in the conditions of contemporary global challenges. The aim of the study is to identify solutions to the issue of shaping the cooperation of IT companies in a cluster, as well as to create a functional model for building an integrated information and communication system supporting the interaction of IT cluster participants. The first part of this text indicates that clusters in Ukraine are developing under the influence of two main trends: the first is the increasing competition in the selection of effective strategies for the development of the innovative potential of the IT services sector, and the second is the strengthening of cluster interactions between key sectors of the knowledge-based economy. The second part, based on the study of international experiences, designs the basic principles and models of partnership for projects in a cluster of IT enterprises and Ukrainian universities. The third part proposes a model of digital interaction of cluster participants, and also identifies communication platforms that increase the communication potential. The final part presents the methods of practical use of the communication potential of IT cluster members through digital interaction of the proposed communication platforms on the internet portal, based on the example of the Lviv IT Cluster.

Część trzecia proponuje z kolei model cyfrowej interakcji uczestników klastra i identyfikuje platformy komunikacyjne zwiększające potencjał komunikacyjny. W końcowej części przedstawiono sposoby praktycznego wykorzystania potencjału komunikacyjnego członków klastra IT poprzez interakcję cyfrową zaproponowanych platform komunikacyjnych na portalu internetowym na przykładzie Lwowskiego Klastra IT.

Małgorzata Imielska’s drama Chciałam ci tylko powiedzieć... (I just wanted to tell you...) has enormous interpretative potential. In an intriguing way it combines the problem of schizophrenia with the issue of multiplying of reality which is a result of using the media of television and amateur video camera. Application of the conversation theory (politeness theory and implicatures) and contemporary media studies (especially video technology) in the present analysis has allowed the author to show a complex relationship between the characters of the drama in question: the mother and her mentally retarded daughter. Thanks to the video technology a conversation takes place, even though it seems both apparently impossible (it annuls the borderline between life and death) and exceptionally straightforward at the same time (the first time when the women choose to speak frankly and listen carefully to each other). It turns out that the video camera and VHS cassette not only have the unavoidable function of separating interlocutors but are also able to form McLuhan’s “prosthesis”, a genuine extension, a link that brings interlocutors closer to one another.
