The present paper highlights the procedures of implementing Ukraine’s interstate reforms in the context of its interaction with NATO. In particular, what was demonstrated was the appraisal of the methods of effectuating interstate reforms in the context of the above-stated interaction in 2016-2017. Furthermore, the paper presents the comparative analysis of the implementation of the said interstate programs related to Ukraine-NATO cooperation, as it unfolded in 2016, as compared to 2017. Finally, the present article purports to forecast a number of Ukraine’s possible interstate programs pertinent to its interaction with NATO as well as the potential development of efficient mechanisms for the implementation thereof.

Eucharistic Education is an important part of religious education. At each stage of religious development catechesis should lead to a productive, full and conscious participation in the Mass., Because during its celebration fulfilled its primary goal is to bring students into communion and intimacy with Jesus Christ. The task is completed, both the school catechesis and parish catechesis, preparing for the sacraments. The article presents the formation of the Eucharistic elements present in programs to prepare to receive the sacrament of Confirmation, which are in force in the metropolis of Szczecin-Kamien. The dissertation shows that the authors of these programs concern deepens the knowledge of candidates for Holy Mass., Shapes attitudes and develops skills Eucharistic active involvement in the Eucharistic liturgy. It is postulated to also draw attention to the part in Sunday Mass. as a celebration of Day of the Lord.

Background. Health education is one of the main cores of primary health care (PHC). However, there is limited evidence on the difficulties of implementing health education programs. This study explored the barriers of implementing health education programs in Iranian rural communities. Objectives. A qualitative study with conventional content analysis approach was conducted. Applying purposeful sampling, 34 rural folks and health care providers were employed to participate in the study. Data were collected through individually, semi-structured interviews. Data analysis continued until data saturation, when no new theme or idea emerged. Material and methods. A qualitative study with conventional content analysis approach was conducted. Four themes, including “Ineffective teaching and learning processes”, “Lack of health educators’ motivation”, “Communication gaps”, and “Lack of resources and facilities for teaching and learning” emerged as the barriers of implementing health education programs in rural communities. Conclusions. Several executive and communicational problems were identified as the local-level obstacles of implementing health education programs in rural areas. Better understanding on the extensive range of health education barriers in rural areas may be helpful for rural health workers and stakeholders in designing and/or revisiting health education programs in rural communities.

W Polsce aktywne programy przeciwdziałania bezrobociu przechodzą ciągłą ewolucję, a po wejściu do Unii Europejskiej przyczyną ich zmiany była poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy, która umożliwiła znaczne zwiększenie zakresu aktywizacji zawodowej bezrobotnych. Szkolenia są odzwierciedleniem rozwoju pracownika, jego indywidualnych umiejętności, zdolno-ści, które są bardzo istotnym elementem w funkcjonowaniu każdego przedsiębiorstwa. Osoby bezrobot-ne szkoli się w celu zwiększenia ich szans na uzyskanie zatrudnienia lub innej pracy zarobkowej. Szko-lenie, traktowane jako inwestycja, powinno być omawiane pod kątem jego efektywności. W poniższym artykule przedstawiono teoretyczne aspekty związane z problematyką procesu szkoleniowego – opisywanego szeroko w literaturze przedmiotu. Poruszono ocenę efektów szko-lenia i przedstawiono raport. Część druga dotyczy analizy podstawowych form aktywizacji bezro-botnych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Jarosławiu. Przedstawiono zakres informacji o urzędzie oraz świadczonych usługach poprzez pośrednictwo pracy, doradztwo zawodowe, formy przeciw-działania bezrobociu, przedstawiono charakterystykę form poradnictwa zawodowego z uwzględ-nieniem danych statystycznych za lata 2009, 2010, 2011. Zaprezentowano bezrobotnych, którzy skorzystali z ww. usług.

In Poland active programs against unemployment are still evolving and after joining the Eu-ropean Union reason of their change was improvement in the labor market, which enabled a signif-icant increase of professional activity of the unemployed. Trainings are reflection of employees development, their personal skills, abilities, which are essential factors in every single company functioning. The unemployed are trained either to in-crease their chances to get employed or to get another paid job. Training as an investment ought to be discussed in terms of its effectiveness. This article presents theoretical aspects connected with the issue of training process, which is widely described in literature. The assessment of the effects of training is also presented. The second part concerns analysis of the basic forms of activity of the unemployed in District Labor Office in Jarosław. Range of information about the office, the services that are provided by employment agency, career guidance, forms of counteracting unemployment are presented as well. The article also describes the characteristics of vocational guidance including statistics from 2009, 2010, 2011 year.

W maju 2007 r. Minister Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego powierzył Konsorcjum Naukowemu, kierowanemu przez Politechnikę Gdańską, realizację trzyletniego projektu badawczego pt. "Zintegrowany system bezpieczeństwa transportu". Projektowi nadano akronim ZEUS. Głównym celem projektu jest stworzenie przez badania naukowe merytorycznych podstaw dla rozwoju integracji bezpieczeństwa transportu w Polsce, traktując tę integrację jako warunek poprawy jakości zarządzania bezpieczeństwem transportu i skuteczności podejmowanych działań profilaktycznych.

In May 2007 the Minister of Science and Higher Education appointed the Scientific Consortium led by the Gdansk University of Technology as the leader of a three year research project called the Integrated System of Transport Safety ZEUS. The main objective of the project is to use research to develop a basis for integrating Poland's transport safety activity. Integration is seen as the precondition for improving the quality of transport safety management and the effectiveness of preventive policies.

The subject of the article concerns the situation of doctoral students trained in the context of an institutionalized system of higher education. The academic ethos has been offered for sale, and has become another educational service used for different interests. The metaphor of “gaps” that I introduce in the article describes well the unprivileged position of the young people entering the world of science. I try to identify the “gaps” and the “tensions” disintegrating the existing order, in which the traditional ethos of commitments is eroded by the new system of claims. The university tied up with formal regulations creates a new environment where everything: the role of mentors, the relationships, and the position of doctoral students change signifcantly. I choose hermeneutic to analyze the framework education programs, and to try to answer the question: What goals are implemented and what effects of the training of doctoral students emerge from the interpretation of the source material? I refer also to qualitative data (interviews with university students) which shows the evolution of the youth’s attitudes to their own role and place in the world of scholars.

Autorzy artykułu podejmują refleksję naukową nad wykorzysta-niem multimediów w edukacji przedszkolnej. Na podstawie przykładu Szkoły Podstawowej z Jednostkami Przedszkolnymi nr 26 w Dąbrowie Górniczej przed-stawiają zalety korzystania z tablicy interaktywnej podczas zajęć. Relacjonują wyniki badań własnych, przeprowadzonych wśród nauczycieli przedszkolnych. Wskazują także na nieuchronność korzystania z multimediów w procesie peda-gogiczno-dydaktycznym.

The authors of the article undertake an academic reflection on using the multimedia in pre-school education. On the bases of the example of the 26th Prima-ry School with Pre-school Units in Dąbrowa Górnicza, the advantages of using the interactive board during classes have been presented. The results of the Authors’ own research carried out among pre-school teachers, have been presented. The inevitabi-lity of using the multimedia in the pedagogic-didactic process has been pointed out.
