Introduction A topical task is to research the methodology of designing an online course in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) to foster students' communicative and creative thinking skills in their integrity.Aim of the Study To design a creative online course model in ESP for engineering students.Materials and Methods Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia, and Riga Technical University project "Development of Online Course Design and Delivery Approach in Creative Learning of ESP".Results The set of criteria developed in designing a creative online ESP course may be also applied in other languages, and includes specific course content, creative process support and corresponding course administration.Conclusions The suggested model is integrated and complex, and enables development of students' professional, communicative and thinking skills.

Purpose: The main goal of the article is to present the authors’ model of designing and implementing innovation. Design/methodology/approach: The designed model is based on extensive literature analysis. The presented model includes, among others: creative problem methods (innovation design), methods of innovation process management, project management methods (implementation of innovations). The proposed model was verified on the basis of a case study. Findings: The article describes the authors’ hybrid model for innovation process management, its assumptions and main components. The model can support management of innovation in enterprises, creates a set of guidelines and recommendations. Practical implications: The developed model aims to support enterprises in the design and implementation of innovation. A practical example makes it easier to understand the authors' ideas and their subsequent application. Originality/value: The article describes hybrid model for innovation process management. The model is relevant to management theory, such as practical value for enterprises. The model supports the course of the innovation process.

The subject of creativity is widely understood and discussed in terms of education. This Article discusses the creative approach to teaching and the methods of developing student creativity. Attention is focused on creative thinking and creative problem solving. Examples of the use of methods which help to develop these competences in practice in pre-school and early-school education are provided. The issue of the Article is addressed in terms of traditional and online education.

Zagadnienie twórczości jest szeroko rozumiane i omawiane pod kątem edukacji. Artykuł ten omawia twórcze podejście do nauczania oraz metody rozwijające twórczość uczniów. Uwaga została skupiona wokół zagadnień twórczego myślenia i twórczego rozwiązywania problemów. Podane zostały przykłady zastosowań metod rozwijających te kompetencje w praktyce zarówno w edukacji przedszkolnej, jak i wczesnoszkolnej. Problematyka artykułu rozpatrywana jest pod kątem edukacji tradycyjnej oraz zdalnej.
