This paper presents how some communication problems between business and Technical Education System (TES) can be reduced. This comes to a misunderstanding of the needs of entrepreneurs for the knowledge and skills, in this paper treated as a resource on the market. The authors explain why debated issue falls in the area of corporate management. It identifies one of the reasons hindering the solution of problems. In order to clarify the issues it references the achievements of analytic philosophy of language and the theory of communication code. It proposed a method of facilitating the solution of the problem, which is being implemented since 2016 by the research team, co-created by the authors of this publication. The aim of the development of this publication is to supplement the theoretical and practical knowledge of management in manufacturing companies and others with high technical potential, where there is a large, growing and rapidly changing demand for knowledge and technical skills.

Jedną z podstawowych cech społeczeństwa informacyjnego jest ustawiczne przetwarzanie informacji. Informacje te generowane są między innymi poprzez proces komunikowania. W jednostkach samorządu terytorialnego na poziomie gminy proces komunikowania wynika z misji, jaką mają do spełnienia te instytucje. Załatwienie sprawy wymaga kontaktu pomiędzy mieszkańcami danej gminy, firmami prowadzącymi działalność gospodarczą lub fundacjami o różnym statusie (ich wszystkich określa się mianem interesariuszy) z jednej strony a urzędem gminy z drugiej strony. Stosowane obecnie rozwiązania informatyczne nie w pełni satysfakcjonują społeczeństwo informacyjne. W artykule zostanie przedstawiony model komunikacji elektronicznej pomiędzy interesariuszami a jednostkami samorządu terytorialnego na poziomie gminy. Model ten będzie uwzględniał technologię WEB 2.0.

One of the basic features of the information society is a continuous information processing. This information is generated inter alia as a result of the communication process. The units of local self-government at the municipal level communication process stems from the mission they have to fulfill these institutions. Settlement of the case requires contact between the residents of the municipality, companies engaged in economic activities or foundations of different status on the one hand and the office of the municipality on the other. The current solutions based solutions are not fully satisfied the information society. The paper will be presented a model of communication in units of local self-government at the municipal level, which uses Web 2.0 technology.

Artykuł sygnalizuje problemy oraz proponuje konkretne rozwiązania dotyczące komunikacji pomiędzy modułami systemu informatycznego wewnątrz jednostek opieki zdrowotnej. W przypadku implementacji poszczególnych modułów (lub nawet podsystemów) w szpitalach, na ogół moduły te nie mają możliwości wymiany informacji między sobą. Jest to powód małej efektywności systemów, a przede wszystkim braku komunikacji między jednostkami organizacyjnymi szpitala. Istnieje potrzeba opracowania modelu oraz standardów przesyłu informacji wewnątrz jednostek opieki zdrowotnej.

On the base of the analysis of communication problems between different parts of the hospital information systems we propose general model of the communication inside health care institution. Frequently, after implementation of different parts of the hospital information system there are several problems with communication between them. This courses low efficiency of the information system, particularly lack of communication between different organizational units. General model and standards for such communication should be proposed.
