The article presents an important issue which regards the concept of the kindergarten operating as a The Learning Organization. Basing upon relevant theoretical assumptions, the author analyses some reports on problem-related evaluations of kindergartens compiled by the Supervisory Board of Educational Evaluation System, and then she underlines the importance of reflections on today’s educational approaches. The article is targeted not only at students, but also at those teachers who try to make a concept of operation for an establishment of education.
