The dc conduction of the copper phthalocyanine and copper phthalocyanine-polystyrene composites was investigated in vacuum 0.1 Pa at temperature 20 ÷ 120°C. It is shown that the adsorbed oxygen and nitrogen dioxide molecules are the competitive impurities in matallophthalocyanines and cause the adsorption-resistive effect in these materials.
The hopping conductivity of metallophthalocyanines is described. It is shown that the metallophthalocyanines modification by ion implantation and phthalocyanine-polymer composite fabrication can be used for investigation of electron transport mechanism and for improvement of phthalocyanine gas sensors.
