The purpose of this paper is to present the opinions of young women about the abortion in the early weeks of pregnancy. The research was carried out in Cracow (the Pedagogical University, the Malopolska Higher Vocational School) and this study concerned 170 female students at the age of 19 to 27 years. It turned out, that the female students permit termination of pregnancy in the following situations: danger to life or health of the woman, irreversible of fetal defects and the pregnancy, that is the result of the criminal act (incest, rape).

This paper concerns social maladjustment youth and his personality and situational correlates. The paper refers to Robert Agnew’s general strain theory (GST). The main objective of the empirical research is to understand the relationship between the social maladjustment and the sense of strain, aggression, self-efficacy in the group of male pupils. The hypotheses were tested on 142 pupils. The results confirmed most of the assumed relationships between variables.
