Celem rozważań jest wskazanie roli i znaczenia global governance (globalne zarządzanie) w drugiej połowie XXI wieku. Jest to okres kształtowania nowej relacji stosunków międzynarodowych i nowego ładu światowego przez wzrost roli i znaczenia, obok uwarunkowań militarnych, politycznych, gospodarczych, uwarunkowań społecznych, kulturowych (w tym kształtowania tożsamości), ochrony środowiska. Przejawem wpływu tych czynników jest powstawanie i rozwój wyspecjalizowanych organizacji, których oddziaływanie jest wzmocnione przez wzajemną współpracę. Zależność tę można wyjaśnić przez zastosowanie zarządzania międzyorganizacyjnego.

An aim of considerations is to indicate the role and importance of global governance in the second decade of the 21st century. This is the period of formation of a new relation of international relationships and a new global economic governance through the growth of the role and importance, besides the military, political, economic, social, cultural (inclusive of identity formation) determinants, and environmental protection. A symptom of the impact of these factors is the emergence and development of specialised organisations whose influence is reinforced by their mutual cooperation. This dependence can be explained by way of application of interorganisational governance.

Celem rozważań jest zwrócenie uwagi na rolę i znaczenie zarządzania publicznego w procesach modernizacji szkół wyższych. Wymogi wobec szkół wyższych w Polsce określone są przez tak zwany Proces Boloński i Krajowe Ramy Kwalifikacji. Nie przesądzają one jednak o kierunku reformowania szkół wyższych. Wymaga to uelastycznienia struktur organizacyjnych ku strukturom zdecentralizowanym, horyzontalnym, upowszechniania zarządzania procesowego, co ułatwi aktualizację celów, wizji i misji szkoły wyższej, usprawni i odbiurokratyzuje proces decyzyjny. Zarządzanie procesowe ułatwi także procesy osobowe w szkole wyższej i sposoby przeprowadzenia kontroli.

An aim of considerations is to pay attention to the role and importance of public management in the processes of universities modernisation. The requirements for universities in Poland are determined by the Bologna Process and the National Qualifications Framework. However, they do not decide the direction of universities reforming. This requires making flexible the organisational structures towards the decentralised, horizontal structures, dissemination of the process management, what will facilitate updating the objectives, vision and mission of the university, improve and streamline the decision-making process. The process management will also ease personal processes at the university and the ways of carrying out audits.

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to attempt to demonstrate the role of Integral Theory in explaining the upcoming managerial processes in Society 5.0. Design/methodology/approach: The explanatory procedure includes both a deterministic and indeterministic approach. The authors of this paper analyze currently conducted empirical research on the functioning of organizational structures in Poland and abroad in production, services and public organizations, including the so-called third sector. Findings: Research clearly indicates the slow, but systematic evolution of the organizational structures and the principles of their functioning. The so-called self-managing employee teams are increasingly being formed. Research limitations/implications: Research seems to purposefully monitor the functioning of the organizations systems. Practical implications: By constructing and anticipating social and economic processes we have attempted to identify managerial tools that are helpful in improving managerial activities to meet the requirement of the organization due to changing external conditions. Social implications: Such a test is the concept of a teal organization as a new type of organization, appropriate for the emerging age of Society 5.0. Originality/value: The research results indicate relatively fast changes in the functioning of enterprises in the field of inter-organizational cooperation.
