A comparative analysis of milk production in Poland and Belarus has been completed. There have been analyzed the basic tendencies of modern development of the dairy industry and offered upcoming trends in innovative modernization of milk production processes. On the basis of the analysis of trends in world production of milk and new scientific knowledge about the biosynthesis of milk, there is provided a conceptual approach to the design of equipment for machine milking, considering the relationship of technical and physiological parameters. A new method for the analysis of energy consumption in the production of milk has been suggested.

Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą produkcji mleka w Polsce i na Białorusi. Przeanalizowano podstawowe tendencje rozwoju współczesnego mleczarstwa na świecie i na tej podstawie zaoferowano nowatorską modernizację procesów produkcji mleka. Na podstawie analizy światowych tendencji w produkcji mleka i nowej wiedzy naukowej o biosyntezie mleka, podano koncepcję projektowania urządzeń do doju maszynowego, z uwzględnieniem parametrów technicznych i fizjologicznych. Zasugerowano nową metodę analizy zużycia energii w produkcji mleka.

Results of researches energy in dairy-commodity manufacture on the basis of the methods of the power analysis considering the factor of efficiency of animals, a technological and scientific and technical level, and quality of performance of processes are presented.

The analysis of efficiency of the applied equipment for production of the concentrated forages is made. New approaches to mechanization-automation of mixed fodder preparation processes are considered. Perspective directions of the further; perfection of the equipment taking into account the power, economic and ecological aspects are given.

Automated dairy management systems (DMS) for cattle herd on commercial farms and complexes of yard housing now are an integral part of the "know-how" of milk production technology. Ali known DMSs use radio-frequency (RF) or infra-red (IR) method of animal identification. In development of the software of automated workplace of a livestock specialist at DMS the relative density of functions of data exchange with the technological equipment makes 40-50 %. By virtue of close communication with the system of automation of milking created on the basis of concrete means of automatics and high labor input of the development it has information compatibility only with strictly certain set of the equipment of milking automation. Thus its information functions regarding management of dairy (reports, statistics, registration of all kinds) do not depend on the external equipment and as a whole coincide for DMS-IR and DMS-RF. Thereby, it is reasonable to make the comparison of functionalities of DMS mainly with reference to the features basic means of automatics being used.

In this article the estimation of present condition and development of the market of ecologically pure foodstuffs in the world is given, leaders of the world production of ecologically pure milk are assessed, and development directions of dairy branch of Belorus in the context of questions of ecologically pure production are considered.

Tendencies of technical modernization of livestock breeding by the modern ecologically proved technological complexes of machines and equipment, in particular for preparation and distribution of forages to large horned livestock are considered in the article. The carried out analysis testifies that the maximum involving in manufacture of the concentrated forages of production wastes allows to balance forages on the major components, and also provides considerable ecological effect.

The positive tendencies in cooperation of Belarus and the European Union in the field of development of the enterprises on production and processing of basic types of animal husbandry production were outlined during last years. The large-scale program of technical re-equipment, construction and reconstruction of large-scale dairy-product farms and complexes on cattle fattening, poultry factories and swine-breeding complexes with application of the newest European techniques, equipment and technologies have been realized in Belarus. The majority of these enterprises supply their production to companies-processors, focused on export deliveries, for the most part to the Russian Federation. At the same time, according to provisional data, in 2008 Belarus can already have the certain quota in animal production deliveries, in particular milk products, in the countries of the European Union. In this connection it is required to unify national normative documents with standards of the European Union on parameters of quality, hygiene, environment state, animal health and personnel work conditions according to which animal husbandry production conditions are estimated. Now there are also no formally significant standards concerning the applied equipment, characteristics of premises for the animals keeping and feedstuffs production and relevant means which should consider animals and maintenance staff needs, problem of environment protection and all connected with them requirements. Adapted standards development and coordination during project realization will promote increase of the European financial and technological investments into the Belarus animal husbandry.

Some moments of negative influence of irregular fertilizer application on environment and crop capacity are considered in the report. The analysis of engineering process of mineral fertilizer application by centrifugal disperser was made and the reasons of negative influence on the works quality were considered. The description of machines, developed in UE "Belarus Scientific Research Institute of Mechanization of Agriculture" and which allow to applicate all kinds of fertilizers with a high quality, is quoted.
