Content available remote Dielectric properties of TEA-CoCl2Br2 complex
EN
The dielectric properties of TEA-CoCl2Br2 nanocrystallites incorporated into the polymethylmethacrylate matrix within the spectral range of [wzór] Hz in the temperature range of 90K ÷ 300 K were investigated. Considerable difference of the dielectric spectra of the complex compared to the bulk crystal and to the pure polymer matrix was observed. The phenomenon of the "negative capacity" has been found. Its dependence on the mass concentration of modifying agent was investigated and explained within the appropriate molecular model.

Celem pracy było zbadanie właściwości dielektrycznych kompleksu tetraetyloamono-dibromo-dichloro- kobaltu (TEACoCl2Br2) osadzonego w matrycach z polimetakrylanu metylu (PMMA). Zaobserwowano interesujące zjawiska relaksacyjne o charakterze rezonansowym (związane z ujemną rzeczywistą częścią przenikalności), występujące jedynie w próbkach złożonych z matrycy i TEACoCl2Br2.

Content available remote DC conductivity in coronene thin films
EN
This paper contains the results of the investigations of coronene (C24H12) polycrystalline thin films. The purpose of the investigations was finding the mechanisms of DC conducivity in polycrystalline coronene structures. The charge transport is controlled by traps. The determined values of the activation energy are in the range from 0.01 to 0.05 eV in temperature rang 30-325 K.

Praca zawiera wyniki badań cienkich polikrystalicznych warstw koronenu (C24H12).

Results on electrical conduction in thin films of a molecular complex TMB (tetramenthylbenzidine) and TCNQ (tetracyano-quinodimethane) are praesented. The films were obtained by simultaneous deposition of a donor (TMB) and acceptor (TCNQ) on a single substrate. Direct current conductivity was measured for films of thickness from 1.5 µm to 63.75 µm in the temperature range from 113 K to 324 K. Transport of charge carriers in the bulk of a polycrystalline molecular complex proceeds by hopping with some contribution of the Poole-Frenkel effect. Charge carriers injection is contributed by the Schottky effect. The obtained activation energies are ranging from 0.146 eV to 0.73 eV.

DC conductivity measurements of 1.4-cis-polybutadine doped with sexiphenyl were carried out. The aim of these measurments was to study conduction mechanisms, i.e. the methods of injection of charge carriers into the bulk of the material and transport properties. Roentgenography measurements were carried out to study structure of the solid as well as the phase transitions. As this work presents a portion of our investigations they were restricted to the results obtained for a layer having thickness d = 2.4 µm with gold and aluminium electrodes coupled. The temperature was chanbed from 127 K to 366 K. The range of voltages applied was 0 to 120 V. 1.4-cis-polybutadiene consisting of 96% cis-and 4% trans-form was purchased from Philips Pertoleum Corp. Sexiphenyl was purchased from Tokyo Kasei Kogyo Co. Ltd. A correlation was observed between internal structure of the material and its electrical properties. It was found that DC conductivity can be described in terms of Poole-Frankel effect, high-field hopping and Richardson-Schottky (R-S) effect. Determined activation energies are ranging from 0.035 eV to 0.18 eV.
