Nowadays, the development of new products is supported by the use of an ERP system in an increasing number of companies. An ERP system reflects business processes in an enterprise, including the field of logistics concerning supply, production and distribution. A typical ERP system comprises of an enormous amount of data that can be used for the improvement of project parameters estimation, such as project duration and cost. The ERP database includes data from previous projects, which is also connected with the logistics processes, e.g. the delay of material delivery by suppliers. The paper investigates the use of an ERP database to identify the factors in the field of logistics that significantly influence on new product development.

The paper presents a concept for the use of fuzzy modelling and reverse inference to analyze the effects of planned implementation of an ERP system in a medium-sized manufacturing company. The proposed approach allows the possibility of achievement of the effects corresponding to the assumed enterprise targets to be evaluated, and is based on the assignation of suffcient conditions providing these effects defined in the form of selected indicators. The paper also includes a presentation of the results of computer experiments in the field of the determination of the influence of selected fuzzy modelling parameters on the obtained solutions. The suggested concept is dedicated to consultants of ERP software to support decision-making processes.

W pracy przedstawione zostało komputerowe narzędzie wspomagania wielokryterialnej oceny efektywności planowanego wdrożenia zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego ERP w średnim przedsiębiorstwie. Proponowane narzędzie wykorzystuje modelowanie i wnioskowanie rozmyte i umożliwia prognozowanie efektów planowanego przedsięwzięcia wdrozeniowego na bazie wcześniej zrealizowanych wdrożeń oraz ich ocenę względem preferowanych przez przedsiębiorstwo kryteriów celowych. Rozwiązanie uwzględnia ograniczenie wdrożeniowe, jakim jest aktualny stan przygotowania przedsiębiorstwa do wdrożenia oraz warunki niepewności z nieprecyzyjnym opisem danych.

The paper presents the computer tool supporting the multicriteril evaluation of efficiency of the planned ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implementation in a medium enterprise. The proposed tool uses fuzzy modeling and inference and enables the forecasting of effects of the planned implementation project on the basis of earlier implementation projects and the evaluation of the forecasted values with respect to preferred by the enterprise intentional criteria. The solution takes into account the implementation constraint that is the present state of enterprise preparation for implementation and uncertain terms with the unprecise description of data.

The paper presents the selected possibilities of supporting logistic controlling in a medium enterprise with the use of an integrated ERP APS system (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, APS - Advanced Planning and Scheduling). The paper also suggests a method for efficiency evaluation of such system implementation in uncertain terms. The suggested approach uses fuzzy modeling and inference and demonstrates what kind of effects may be anticipated by an enterprise after implementing a particular system on the basis of experience of other companies. It also takes into consideration the state of preparation of an enterprise for implementation, the subjective preferences towards the planned undertaking and also the conditions of uncertain data with imprecise information.

W pracy przedstawione zostały wybrane możliwości wspomagania controllingu logistyki w przedsiębiorstwie średniej wielkości przy pomocy zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego zarządzania klasy ERP  APS (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning - Planowanie zasobów przedsiębiorstwa, APS - Advanced Planning and Scheduling - Zaawansowane planowanie i harmonogramowanie). Zaproponowana została również metoda oceny efektywności wdrożenia takiego systemu w warunkach niepewności. Proponowane podejście wykorzystuje aparat modelowania i wnioskowania rozmytego i pozwala pokazać danemu przedsiębiorstwu, jakich efektów może się spodziewać z wdrożenia danego systemu, na bazie zdobytych doświadczeń ze zrealizowanych wdrożeń w innych przedsiębiorstwach. Uwzględnia przy tym stan przygotowania przedsiębiorstwa do wdrożenia, subiektywne preferencje przedsiębiorstwa wobec planowanego przedsięwzięcia oraz warunki danych niepewnych z informacją nieprecyzyjnie określoną.

In the paper is presented the conception of application of fuzzy modeling and inference to building the tool of support of the effects evaluation of planned in a company implementation undertaking of ERP AP5 system. Proposed approach uses retrospective data from the earlier implementation of the given system to forecasting of selected enterprise indexes from planned implementation and allows to take into account subjective preferences of the enterprise and uncertain terms with information that can be measured unprecisely.

Zastosowanie modelowania i wnioskowania rozmytego do budowy narzędzia wspomagania oceny efektów wdrożenia ERP APS w przedsiębiorstwie. W pracy przedstawiona została koncepcja wykorzystania modelowania i wnioskowania rozmytego do budowy narzędzia wspomagania oceny efektów planowanego w przedsiębiorstwie przedsięwzięcia wdrożeniowego systemu EPR APS. Proponowane podejście wykorzystuje zebrane dane retrospektywne z wcześniejszych wdrożeń danego systemu do prognozowania wybranych wskaźników przedsiębiorstwa z planowanego wdrożenia i pozwala uwzględnić subiektywne preferencje przedsiębiorstwa oraz warunki niepewności z informacją nieprecyzyjnie określoną.

Proponowane podejście uwzględnia aktualny stan przygotowań przedsiębiorstwa do wdrożenia wraz z istniejącymi ograniczeniami wdrożeniowymi i wykorzystuje doświadczenia ze zrealizowanych wcześniej wdrożeń danego systemu.

This paper presents how to assure the desirable liquidity level in a smalI enterprise with the application a tool based on the reverse approach. It is an alternative approach as compared to the ones that have been applied so far and which were based on the setting conditions required to obtain the desirable financial liquidity level. In proposed tool were used two artificial intelligence techniques: constraint programming and neural networks. The example analysed in this paper led to the comparison of the conventional approach results with the reverse approach results.

W pracy przedstawiono wykorzystanie wybranych technik sztucznej inteligencji do budowy narzędzia wspomagającego planowanie płynności finansowej w małym przedsiębiorstwie. Spośród technik sztucznej inteligencji wykorzystano do budowy narzędzia takie techniki jak programowanie z ograniczeniami oraz sztuczne sieci neuronowe. Techniki te dzięki swoim właściwościom umożliwiają wyszukanie ukrytych zależności istniejących w archiwach danych przedsiębiorstwa, które mogą okazać się przydatne w procesie sterowania płynnością finansową. Przedstawione podejście zilustrowano przykładem, w którym został porównany stan płynności finansowej przed i po zastosowaniu opisanego narzędzia.

The article describes some basic problems of bibliometric mapping. Definition of the possible relations between documents has been given as well as their short description. In the example presented in the work a simple mapping method based on citation and word co-occurrence analysis has been used to investigate relations between patentees. The work is a starting point to the subsequent analysis of the problem, which purpose is an implementing of bibliometric mapping methods into the real patent information system working online in WWW.
