Opakowanie jest ważnym aspektem działań marketingowych w firmach produkujących dania gotowe i artykuły spożywcze. Jest to element, który wyróżnia produkty na rynku i powoduje, że są bardziej atrakcyjne dla potencjalnego konsumenta. Współcześnie opakowanie stało się również ważną częścią przedsiębiorstwa. Zaobserwowany wpływ nowych opakowań na decyzje konsumentów stał się impulsem do podjęcia badań nad tym zjawiskiem. Producenci stosują coraz bardziej oryginalne opakowania w celu uczynienia ich zauważalnymi dla każdego. Opakowania „krzyczą” z półki sklepowej, by wpłynąć na decyzje konsumenta. W artykule skupiono się na wyglądzie opakowań, ich roli jako środka promocji, ich funkcjach oraz projektowaniu, a także na i wpływie, jaki opakowanie wywiera na zachowanie konsumentów.

Packaging is an important aspect of marketing activities in the manufacturing segment of ready meals and groceries. It is the element that distinguishes products on the market and makes them more attractive to a potential consumer. Currently, the package has also become part of the artistic enterprise. The impact of new packaging on the consumer was an incentive to carry out research related to the impact of packaging on consumer’s decisions. Producers use increasingly original packaging, with the main goal of creating packages that are visible to everyone and that "scream" from the shelf to influence consumer decisions. The article focuses on the appearance of the package, the package as a means of promotion, the functions of packaging and packaging design and its impact on consumer behavior.

W pierwszej części artykułu przybliżono definicję prawną konsumenta wprowadzoną ustawą o prawach konsumenta Przedstawiono także podstawowe zmiany wprowadzone ustawą w stosunkach pomiędzy przedsiębiorcą, a konsumentem. Druga część artykułu stanowi opracowanie ankiety internetowej dotyczącej zachowań konsumentów wobec zmian, jakie nastąpiły w przepisach i prawach konsumenta.

First art of the article explains the definition of the consumer in the Law on the Rights of consumers. The article also showcases the changes made by the bill in relations between entrepreneurs and consumers. Second part of the article consists of an online survey on the behavior of consumers towards the changes that have occurred in legislation of consumer rights.

Przemysł spożywczy i sektor dań gotowych jest zaliczany do sektorów niskich technologii, lecz posiada on największy udział w produkcji przemysłowej w Polsce. W niniejszym opracowaniu zaprezentowano relacje pomiędzy innowacyjnością w sektorze dań gotowych a odbiorem konsumenta na nowości rynkowe. Przeprowadzono badanie ankietowe wśród 2010 młodych konsumentów mające na celu potwierdzenie tezy, że innowacje wprowadzone w przemysł spożywczy powodują rozwój rynku żywności.

Food and ready meals sector is considered to be one of the low-tech sectors, but it has the highest share in industrial production in Poland. In this paper the writer presented the influence of innovation on ready meals sector. The author conducted a survey among 2010 young consumers to confirm the thesis that the innovations in the food industry cause the development of the food market.

Tematem artykułu są prawne i organizacyjne regulacje stosunku między pracodawcą a pracownikiem. Czy prawo pracy jest niezbędne do prawidłowego funkcjonowania działu kadr w przedsiębiorstwie? Omówiono także problemy związane z rekrutacją pracownika oraz sprawy pracownicze, takie jak wynagrodzenia i urlopy.

The article gives us an answer to the question, whether the enterprise is dependent upon the labor law? How the law affect ways of recruiting, reading documents and selecting candidates? Recruitment documentation consists of resume and cover letter employee. Those documents are the first indirect contact between employer and employee. The next step is to interview the candidate, and finally establish an employment relationship. In this department labor law regulates many aspects: type of contract, duration and benefits such as salary or termination of employment. Labor law is about managing the company organization, personnel department and also about what is illegal.
