W pracy autor przedstawia problemy oceny dokładności pomiarów kontrolnych Wyprowadzone wzory do obliczenia prawdopodobieństwa spełnienia tolerancji wynikają z wartości odchyłki, tolerancji i błędów pomiarów. Autor analizuje możliwość wykonania obliczeń odchyłek z wykorzystaniem wyrównania obserwacji metodą najmniejszych kwadratów. Zamieszczona tabela i wykres prawdopodobieństwa ułatwia uzyskanie informacji o spełnieniu tolerancji.

In the paper are presented problems of estimation of check measurements accuracy. The work presents method of criterion of deviations of dimensions was introduced in support about supervisory measurements. Derived formulae for calculations of dimensional toIerance of probability in dependence to deviation, tolerance and measurements errors. Author presents of possibility of using of adjustment of data from supervisory measurements by the last square method to determination of deviations and estimation of accuracy of position points. Probability diagram presents dependence of two variables: Δ(sub L)/T and T/m(sub L), which help obtain information about requirement measurements accuracy. Author contained development formulae to calculate the probability, that the result of control survey confirms the tolerance of demanded value to have been attained in the true survey. As an example there were used data from check measurements executed by polar survey.

In this paper presents some problems of measurements and calculate of the displacements of steel towers and masts in research of egineering structures by using of conventional geodetic methods. The work presents method of determination of deviations of dimensions was introduced in support about supervisory measurements. Basing on initial errors analysis, needed methods and devices were designed. The author give method of determination of deviations and torsion of steel towers, which was elaborated and checked practically. Basing on the geometrical-analytical relationships, the influence of systematical errors in deformation measurements by using projection method where checked.

There is the justification of the computer aid advisability in the geodesy didactics on the basis of the simply programs presented in the article. Special attention is paid to the difficulties while introducing the computer technique during the first year of studies. The author transmits the notices from his work with the students on the grounds of his own set of programs. Authors propose use EXCEL or LOTUS calculation sheet to aid leaming geodesy.

The work presents method of criterion of deviations of dimensions was introduced in support about supervisory measurements. Author presents rules initial and final analysis of deviations accuracy of dimension based on hypothesis verification. Author proposes adjustment of data from superyisory measurements (method of polar coordinates and intersection method) using last square method. Coefficients of variance-covariance matrix make possible accomplishment of credible criterion of errors of appointed deyiations. As an example there were used data from supervisory measurements executed by polar survey.

Przedstawiono sposób uzupełniania zbiorów danych wyjściowych po włączeniu nowych punktów do sieci kontrolnych w celu zachowania niezmiennej struktury sieci. Sformułowano zasady optymalnego wyboru grupy punktów stałych do wyrównania okresowych obserwacji w sieci aktualnej i wyjściowej.

The identyfication of the fixed reference points depends majority of displacement control points and errors theor determination. The presented ways of completing the initial geodetic data after the new stabilization or inclusion new points. In this paper are presented the difficulties of identification of the fixed points in methods of displacement calculation. From two groups of fixed points, one choose group of points are indicating minor errors of determinations displacements. The method of identification of the fixed points influences value displacements and their errors.

In many geodetic assignments very often occurs problem of correct opinions of measurement parameters of buildings. In the paper one discussed simple to introductions in practical problems, the method statistical estimations of result measurements based upon theory of random functions. Example placed in report illustrates application analysis like this to estimations of settlements of building. The author proposes to use for this reason the Bartlett's and Fisher's tests.

The paper presents, elaborated by the authors, new method of measurement using DISTO tool. Geodetic measurements of displacements of objects, and among them of girders and of foundations are realized with method of geometrical levelling for determinations of vertical composition. The work introduces the analysis of select methods of measurements together with utilization obtained of conclusions in practice. The paper presents choice of methods of measurements and initial analysis of errors. Problem of choice of method of measurements has fundamental meaning for correct determinations of composition displacements of points of objects estaminated with recommendation passed expertises. Taking under attention limited accesbility to points of object resulting from local conditiones, one should for every chance to effect of theoretical analysis of possibities of use of different methods of measurements and of tools. Choice of methods of measurements comes out of realization of tests of use of different measuring - technics on building site in period of previous realizations of all assignments. Points are divided on groups favouring these, for of which one should mark compositions of horizontal displacements, vertical composition and their location on foundations or on girders. Initial estimation of conditions of work permited on choice of manners of determination of compositions displacements for every group of control points. Control points should be seated at surface of maximum foreseened displacements. Measuring positions - can be situated at will, under conditions, that are found oneself in vicinity vertical surfaces containing these two control points. Error of measurement of length of section can be estaminated from deviations from average values from series of observation on position and similarly as in case of vertical displacements from function d=f(Delta). Determination composition horizontal comes down to calculation of difference of length of section. Submiting that we allow difference, delta d<0.1 mm and ds<05 m, value of angle has to to be well known with error dBeta < 60cc. Enlargement discenter, ds = 2.00 m, will cause significant enlargement of requirements of exactitude of measurement of angle (+ -15cc). Obtainment required exactitudes of measurement is not stateing, in this example, no problem. Section junctive points are approximately parallel to axis of beams of girders. Measurement lengths these of sections are executed at use of electronic total - station SET6E. Proposed methods of marking of displacements on the base of changes of length of sections this can be use in practice under condition that assurance of simultaneously of inspection of constancy of points of system of reference. Obtained results are completely sufficient for builder's expertise. Results effects of analysis have meaning practical and economic, and they can be of service to optimization of technology of geodetic measurements. Utilization popular and easily accessible tool, which is DISTO, to marking of vertical compositions of displacements and of electronic total - station to marking composition horizontal considerably simplifies course of measurements, shortens time of execution. Use of DISTO to determination of vertical displacements is well-founded when height of points over hall's floor (h>5 m).
