The thesis of this paper is that models of buildingd used so far are not capable to support real-life indoor applications. Taking advantage of substantial progress that took place over the last decade in the AEC-industry, we propose a multi-model that contains coherent information regarding geometry, topology and functional semantics of a building. this mutyi-model provides all information required for indoor navigation, planning and human-robot interaction, being at the same time much more lightweight than the model serving purposes of building design and construction.

Złożoność zagadnień inżynieryjno-geotechnicznych przy budowie tuneli. Potrzeba tworzenia coraz lepszych narzędzi służących do tworzenia baz danych. Wykorzystanie skomputeryzowanych baz danych i ich przydatność do procesu drążenia tuneli pod kątem efektywności i kosztów. Możliwość ograniczania i utrzymania ryzyka budowy tuneli na racjonalnie bezpiecznym poziomie.

The complexity of engineering and geotechnical issues at tunnel construction. The necessity of developing of tools to create databases. Electronic databases usage and their usability in tunnel boring process in terms of efficiency and costs. The possibility of curbing and maintaining the risk of tunnel construction at a reasonable safe level.
