W ostatnich latach zrealizowano wiele inwestycji w morskich portach jachtowych wzdłuż polskiego wybrzeża Bałtyku. Dzięki temu zwiększył się potencjał ich infrastruktury do świadczenia jachtowych usług logistycznych oraz podwyższania logistycznego poziomu obsługi klientów. W pracy przedstawiono przegląd modeli operatorskich w morskich portach jachtowych, bazując głównie na doświadczeniach niemieckich i polskich. Szczególnie zwrócono uwagę na relacje pomiędzy właścicielem, inwestorem i operatorem (zarządzającym) portu, które wpływają na zakres i jakość świadczonych usług oraz rentowność marin oraz morskich portów i przystani jachtowych.

In the last few years there have been numerous investments in polish yacht ports along the Baltic Sea. The outcome was a rise in the infrastructure capacity of the ports to provide yacht logistics services and an enhancement of the level of customer logistics service. The article reviews the operating models in yacht seaports, based mainly on the experience of German and Polish ports. Particular emphasis been put to the relations between the owner, the investor and the operator (manager) of the port, as they affect both the range as well as the scope of the rendered services and the profitability of Marinas and yacht seaports.

Niezbędnym czynnikiem, warunkującym realizację funkcji logistycznych morskich portów jachtowych w obsłudze jednostek pływających oraz żeglarzy jest odpowiednia infrastruktura techniczna. Ponadto procesy logistyczne w porcie są uwarunkowane relacją jacht żaglowy lub motorowy - port lub przystań jachtowa. Z drugiej strony, wykorzystanie infrastruktury w realizacji procesów logistycznych, w istotny sposób wpływa nie tylko na sprawność i niezawodność, ale także na efektywność świadczonych usług dla jachtów i żeglarzy -armatorów i przypływających gości. W artykule przeanalizowano logistyczną infrastrukturę morskich portów jachtowych, bazując na doświadczeniach krajowych i międzynarodowych.

The key factor which determines the implementation of the logistic function of yacht seaports that consists in handling vessels and yachtsmen is adequate infrastructure. Moreover, the logistic processes in a port depend on the relationship between sail/motor yachts and the yacht seaport/ marina. On the other hand, the use of the infrastructure in the implementation of logistic processes affects, to a significant extent, not only the efficiency and reliability but also the effectiveness of the services provided to yachts and yachtsmen - yacht owners and guests on board of their boats. The article analyses the logistics infrastructure of yacht seaports based on domestic and foreign experience.
