Niniejszy artykuł dokumentuje rozwój i perspektywy dalszego doskonalenia autorskiego narzędzia dydaktycznego – układanki wspierającej naukę tworzenia schematów funkcjonalnych mieszkań, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wnętrz najmniejszych. Jest to umiejętność szczególnie istotna w obliczu współczesnych wyzwań. Zastosowanie modułu o starannie przemyślanych wymiarach jako elementu składowego układanki ma umożliwić tworzenie schematów łatwych do przekształcania w plan mieszkania o ergonomicznym rzucie. Artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań dotyczących poszukiwań optymalnego wymiaru modułu układanki, które polegały na porównaniu trzech najbardziej zaawansowanych jej wersji. Każda z kolejnych wersji charakteryzowała się coraz większą precyzją, dzięki czemu odległości i wymiary uzyskane na schematach stawały się coraz bliższe wytycznym ergonomii projektowania wnętrz, jakie proponowane są w podręcznikach.

This article documents the development and prospects for further improvement of the author's educational tool – a puzzle supporting the learning of creating functional layouts for apartments, with a particular focus on the smallest interiors. This skill is especially crucial in face of contemporary challenges. The application of a module with carefully considered dimensions as a component of the puzzle is intended to enable the creation of layouts that are easy to transform into a floor plan with an ergonomic projection. The article elucidates the findings of a study aimed at determining the optimal dimensions of the puzzle module. This investigation encompassed the comparative analysis of three of its most sophisticated iterations. Each subsequent version exhibited a progressive enhancement in precision, facilitating a gradual convergence of distances and dimensions derived from the schematics towards the established principles of interior design ergonomics as delineated in textbooks.

Self-education is an essential component of architectural practice. In this work, it marks the field in which an attempt is made to define the relationship between the project, the design process, problems and goals of the project, and the architect's attitude (towards the project). It is a contribution to the organization of knowledge about how the elements dependent on the designer himself affect the shape of the solution being formed and how, consciously, selected attitudes can be used in specific situations.

Samoedukacja jest istotnym komponentem praktyki architektonicznej. W niniejszej pracy wyznacza ona pole, na którym podejmuje się próbę określenia relacji między projektem, procesem projektowym, problemami i celami projektu, a postawą architekta (wobec projektu). Jest to przyczynek do uporządkowania wiedzy o tym, w jaki sposób elementy zależne od samego projektanta wpływają na kształt formowanego rozwiązania a także w jaki sposób, świadomie, można wybranych postaw używać w określonych sytuacjach.

The article examines the possible forms of self-management of the teacher professional growth of the management departments in the universities of the Republic of Poland. The following forms of enhancement of the teacher professional level are analyzed as courses, studies, trainings and portfolio. Distance and open education are characterized as alternative forms of self-management of the teacher professional growth in Polish universities. It was established that teachers of management departments use information systems LMS, LCMS; digital platforms Moodle, ELIAS and USOS in the system of higher education of the Republic of Poland. The types of e-learning are described, its possibilities and influence on the teacher professional growth are characterized within the management departments in the Polish universities. The questionnaires and interviews data are analysed for teachers of management departments in the universities of the Republic of Poland, in which the ways and forms are indicated for self-management of professional growth preferred by the teachers of the management departments of Polish universities. The role of digital technologies is analysed as an integral part in self-management of teacher professional growth in the modern conditions of globalization and European integration of Polish society.

W artykule rozważono możliwe formy samorozwoju nauczycieli katedr zarządzania uniwersytetów Polski. Przeanalizowano następujące formy podwyższenia kwalifikacji nauczycieli akademickich z wykorzystaniem technologii cyfrowych: kursy, szkolenia, seminaria, treningi, kształcenie podyplomowe. Została scharakteryzowana edukacja na odległość i edukacja otwarta jako alternatywne formy wsparcia procesu samozarządzania rozwojem zawodowym nauczycieli akademickich uczelni polskich. Ustalono, że w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej nauczyciele katedr zarządzania najczęściej korzystają z systemów informatycznych LMS, LCMS; platform cyfrowych Moodle, ELIAS i USOS. Scharakteryzowano rodzaje e-learningu, opisano jego możliwości i wpływ na rozwój zawodowy nauczycieli katedr zarządzania uczelni polskich. Przeanalizowano dane kwestionariuszy i wywiadów wspomnianych nauczycieli akademickich, podano wskazane przez osoby ankietowane sposoby i formy samorozwoju zawodowego, preferowane przez nich. Przeanalizowano rolę technologii cyfrowych jako integralnej części samodoskonalenia się nauczycieli w nowoczesnych warunkach globalizacji i integracji europejskiej polskiego społeczeństwa.

E-learning is a widely used form of education. There are various kinds of e-learning both from the implementing institutions’ as well as from the learners’ point of view. As the learners are of different professions and educations, e-learning requires an individual approach for each users’ population. The effectiveness of e-learning has been researched, measured and proved as beneficial as other forms of learning, although the problem of readiness for learning activities which would employ modern means of education was not as high. This article presents the aspects of the activity of home brewers from the area of beer production on a micro scale. The first part discusses the market conditions affecting the growing popularity of non-commercial beers and the essence of craft, contractor and restaurant breweries. The second part describes the innovations emerging in the industry, not only in terms of new technologies and recipes, but also in building home brewer communities and their education through forums and dedicated websites. It also presents the initiatives supporting domestic brewing, coordinated by the Polish Home Brewers Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Piwowarów Domowych) (e.g. competitions, festivals, sensory courses). The multi-aspect analysis of the activities of home brewers revealed that the most important result of their self-education has been the “beer revolution”, going on since 2011, which has paved the way and enabled the commercial emergence of new taste offers, different from the typical light lager beer.

It is possible for a man to educate himself without any help or support from others. In fact, when we learn the art of self-education (learning how to learn versus how to be taught) we will find, if not create, opportunity to find success beyond our wildest dreams. Self-educated people are not dependent on others for knowledge. If they need a specialized skill, they know how to acquire it without dependence on authority. Unknowingly, people are promoted by their ability to learn new skills fast. The role of self-education has increased rapidly in the last few years.

There are three major criteria of forming and developing of communicative skills in future engineer's professional culture system: knowledge, ability and skills in the sphere of activity; general and professional culture; personal features and qualities. So engineers should involve themselves into the process of education and self-education during all active labor life. According to this criteria National technical university the "Kharkiv polytechnic institute" (Ukraine) has developed a model of engineer of XXI century, prepared and launched an original educational disciplines into educational process. The courses teach future engineers that language and communication, that can be translated and understandable, represents the culture itself.

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono główne problemy samodzielnej pracy podchorążych WSOSP, przyszłych pilotów, nawigatorów naprowadzania i kontrolerów ruchu lotniczego w procesie ich kształcenia. Głównym przedmiotem analizy uczyniono ocenę uwarunkowań i przebieg dotychczas realizowanego procesu samokształcenia, bazując na literaturze przedmiotu, wynikach badań własnych, rezultatach wielu innych prac badawczych oraz wieloletnim doświadczeniu w kształceniu kadr lotniczych. Zaprezentowany materiał może stanowić podstawę do dyskusji nad rolą i miejscem samokształcenia w systemie studiów, a także być przyczynkiem do podjęcia działań doskonalących w tym zakresie.
