W artykule omówiono przykładowe rozwiązania konstrukcji ciągów pieszo-rowerowych na terenie miasta Częstochowa. Przedstawiano również dla wybranych nawierzchni badania odporności na poślizg jako podstawowy wskaźnik bezpieczeństwa rowerzystów i pieszych. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że najlepszym wskaźnikiem szorstkości PTV, który mieści się w granicach 66,8÷67,8, charakteryzuje się nawierzchnia asfaltobetonowa.

The article discusses examples of solutions construction of pedestrian-cycling in the city of Czestochowa. Presented for selected surfaces of resistance to slip, as the primary indicator of the safety of cyclists and pedestrians. The study shows that the best indicator of the roughness PTV, that in the range 66.8÷67.8, has a surface a asphalt concrete.

The paper presents selected results of experimental research of burnishing process of the steel tube holes. The ballizing process (NPS) is the method of burnishing where consists of pushing the tool through the hole, wherein the ball is greater in size than the opening of the value of the reduction ratio. Used tools to burnishing are hard and smooth surface. Burnishing elements are made of shape: ball, roll and disk. The ballizing process is carry out by a ball. The precise tube holes are made mostly methods abrasive machining. Machining these methods can usually maintain a within the tolerances established by the constructor size and shape and surface roughness. However, not achieved a satisfactory state surface layer of tube holes. Improve the properties of the surface layer can be obtained after application, as finishing, the slide burnishing. Modelling of the burnishing process using the method, NPS is to determine the impact of a specific curvature a rigid tool with of the workpiece. Ballizing process can increase the dimensional accuracy of tube holes, reducing the surface roughness, the strengthening of the surface layer, compressive residual stresses constitution. Compressive internal stresses substantially influence the fatigue life of machine parts. The aim of experimental research was to obtain surface layer state of compressive residual stress and the material ratio curve of convexity shape.

Burnishing technology is a technology of surface plastic forming of machine parts. The paper presents experimental research of burnishing process of the steel tube holes. Used tools to burnishing technology are hard and smooth surface. Burnishing elements are of ball, roll and disk. Burnishing be flat surfaces, and cylindrical shape. Burnished surfaces are cylindrical outer and inner. Because of the type of the force can be divided into static and dynamic burnishing. Due to the kinematics can be divided into sliding and roller burnishing. Occurrence of moving parts in direct contact with the material qualifies for the group process of burnishing rolling. The investigation of filling process of ductile cast iron flow in sand mould was showed the correlation between casting roughness surface and rheological properties of metal. Evidently of castings surface roughness was state of distance, from a few to a dozen diameters of vertical channel inlet. The method of rod fluidity test permit to study of rheological properties of metal and the roughness surface of castings.

Artykuł przedstawia metodologię doboru parametrów cięcia w zależności od wymaganej jakości powierzchni obrabianej. We wstępnej analizie doboru warunków cięcia przedstawiono algorytm badań dla różnych sposobów uzyskania wyników wyjściowych. Główny kierunek badań niniejszego artykułu skierowany jest na opracowaniu modelu predykcyjnego wysokości chropowatości powierzchni obrobionej dla wybranych materiałów.

The article shows the methodology of cutting parameters determination depending on required machined surface quality. The investigation algorithm of various ways of the output results obtaining during the preliminary analysis was showed. The main goal of this investigation was building the roughness predictive model of cutting surface, which depended on the AWJ parameters and workpiece.
