The structural scheme of the model and the simulator for constructing the raster transformation characteristics of different screen ruling on the basis of the normalized raster transformation of the elements of a circular shape have been developed. The given results of simulator, and the characteristics of raster transformation have been constructed, their properties have been analyzed.

Na podstawie znormalizowanej transformacji elementów rastra o kształcie koła opracowano schemat modelu oraz symulator tworzenia charakterystyki transformacji rastrów dla różnej ich liniatury. Opracowano wyniki symulacji i stworzono charakterystykę transformacji rastrów. Dokonano analizy ich właściwości.

Biorąc pod uwagę nasze doświadczenie, jak i dbałość o jakość materiałów preizolowanych stosowanych w Grupie Veolia, w tym w największym polskim przedsiębiorstwie ciepłowniczym – Veolia Energia Warszawa S.A. (dawniej SPEC), czujemy się zobowiązani do skomentowania zmian, jakie wprowadza obecna nowelizacja normy EN 489 i ich następstw dla producentów i użytkowników preizolowanych sieci ciepłowniczych.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawy prawne prowadzenia działalności normalizacyjnej w obszarze obronności i bezpieczeństwa państwa. Scharakteryzowano wymagania w tym zakresie określone w: Ustawie z dnia 12 września 2002 r. o normalizacji, Rozporządzeniu Rady Ministrów z dnia 23 grudnia 2002 r. w sprawie działalności normalizacyjnej związanej z obronnością i bezpieczeństwem państwa, a także Decyzji nr 336/MON Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 10 grudnia 2003 r. w sprawie powołania i organizacji służby normalizacyjnej. W dalszej części artykułu scharakteryzowano instytucje odpowiedzialne za opracowywanie dokumentów normalizacyjnych oraz dokonano analizy stanu opracowania Polskich Norm z dziedziny „obronność − wojskowość”, norm obronnych i podręczników normalizacji obronnej.

The article presents the legal bases for activities in the area of State’s defence and security. This includes the requirements in the area determined by the Act on Standardization from 12 September 2002, by the Council of Ministers’ Decree from 23 December 2002, as well as the Minister’s of National Defence Decision from 10 December 2003 on creating and organization of the Standardization Service, what have been characterized. Part of the research also focuses on the institutional responsibility for working out the Standardization documents. What have been characterized and analysed, and exemplified by the present status of the Polish Standards within the area of “Defence, Military”, with the Defence Standards and Manuals of Defence Standardization.

The article presents the environmental management system in a building company from the process perspective which meets the requirements of the international ISO 14001 standard. A new issue of this document from September 2015 introduced essentials changes in the attitude of building the system, its structure and in ways of documentation. The article is to precede an attempt of working out the criteria and parameters of the effectiveness of the assumed structure of processes, which will be a subject of next article. In the first part of the article, the justification for using the process approach in building the environmental management system was depicted – the modern concept which determines the effectiveness of action. The second part presents the theoretical model of the process structure of the environmental management system, which when adopted to the needs of a given building company may become a basis for the preparation of an effective system in practice.

In many articles we can read that containers weren't in Europe before 1966, when ship SS Fariland came with 35 feet’s containers invented by Keith Tantlinger for Sea Land company owned by Malcom McLean. The focus of this study is on the problem with development norms for European containers. Analyzed the literature review. Presented as containers developed in Europe. Article presented three European norms for containers, which were described before Second World War.

Celem pracy było dostosowanie procedur badawczych pracowni rentgenowskiej do wymagań norm europejskich, wprowadzonych dla potrzeb metod wykorzystujących dyfrakcję promieniowania rentgenowskiego. Ponadto przeprowadzono badania na proszkowych próbkach wzorcowych (analiza fazowa), zakupionych w NIST (National Institute of Standards, USA) oraz na ferrytycznych i austenitycznych wzorcach tekstury, produkcji Instytutu Metalurgii i Inżynierii Materiałowej PAN (Kraków).W wyniku uzyskano zgodność akredytowanych procedur badawczych z normami, a wyniki badań na próbkach wzorcowych wykorzystano w badaniach wewnątrzlaboratoryjnych.

The objective of this paper was to adapt the research procedures used in X-ray room to the requirements of the European standards introduced for the needs of the methods using X-ray diffraction. In addition, the tests on powder standard samples (phase analysis) purchased from NIST (National Institute of Standards, USA) and on ferritic and austenitic texture standards made by the Institute for Metallurgy and Materials Engineering at the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) (Cracow) were conducted. As a result the conformity of the accredited research procedures with norms was obtained and the results of tests conducted on standard samples were used in the intralaboratory studies.

Analizowano parametry doju różnych aparatów udojowych przy pulsacji jednoczesnej i przemiennej oraz przy użyciu kolektorów odpowiednio o pojemności 310 cm3 i 480 cm3. Dla każdego wariantu stosowano cztery zestawy gum strzykowych o zróżnicowanej konstrukcji. Metoda oceny punktowej parametrów pracy pozwoliła na ich oszacowanie w aspekcie zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa doju w aspekcie wymagań norm ISO i zaleceń IDF.

Milking parameters of various milking units have been analyzed of simultaneous and alternate pulsation with the use of claws of respective capacity 310 cm3 and 480 cm3. Four sets of liners of different construction were used for each variant. Evaluation of functioning parameters enabled their assessment in respect of milking security in relation to ISO and IDF requirements.

W publikacji opisano sposoby analizy nieliniowych danych pomiarowych. Przedstawione zostały metody rekonstrukcji przestrzeni fazowej, skuteczne metody poszukiwania wartości zanurzenia wymiaru oraz czasu opóźnienia, a także graficzne metody analizy danych, polegające na konstruowaniu obrazów powrotu (Recurrence Plot) oraz wzajemnych obrazów powrotu (Cross Recurrence Plot). W artykule zaprezentowano również metodę analizy ilościowej sygnałów powracających (Recurrence Quantification Analysis), jako instrument pomocny do określenia parametrów otrzymanego obrazu (a poprzez to także analizowanego układu). Metody graficzne wykorzystano do klasyfikacji pojazdów samochodowych na podstawie sygnałów pomiarowych pochodzących z rzeczywistego systemu pomiarowo-archiwizującego.

This paper presents special methods of nonlinear time series analysis. Methods for computing the embedding dimension end delay time in phase space reconstruction are shown. A (Cross) Recurrence Plots (CRPs) is proposed as an effective tool for analysis of data series. Applying the CRPs to analysis of car-stream measurement data enables detection, recognition and classification of moving vehicles in traffic.
