Accumulation of the Knowledge About Disruptions in the Network Supply Chain

The proposed approach accumulation knowledge about disruptions which will allow modelling material flows and constructing the strategy of strengthening the resistance of a network supply chain was verified in a selected organization fulfilling the assumptions of the material decoupling point of a network supply chain. The IT system composed of a module for identification of disruptions in material flows and a simulation model is a proposal dedicated to organizations controlling material flows in a network supply chain in the conditions of disruptions.

Najnowsze publikacje z obszaru zarządzania ryzykiem w łańcuchu dostaw proponują różne zestawienia czynników określanych mianem zakłócenia, wskazując jednocześnie na strategie zarządzania ryzykiem, w tym: wygładzanie, kompensację, unikanie oraz dywersyfikację . Strategie te nie są adekwatne do strategii wzmacniania odporności łańcucha dostaw. W artykule wskazano koncepcję pomiaru zakłóceń w procesie realizacji zamówienia umożliwiającą identyfikację czynników ryzyka w sieciowym łańcuchu dostaw ukierunkowaną na wzmacnianie odporności łańcucha dostaw. Badania częstotliwości i siły wpływu zakłóceń na przepływy materiałowe przeprowadzono w łańcuchu dostaw wyrobów hutniczych.

Recent publications from the area of the risk management in the supply chain propose all sorts combinations of determined factors with name of the disruption (strategies of the risk management: mitigating, compensation, diversification ). These strategies aren't appropriate to the strategy of improving the resistance of the supply chain. A concept was indicated in the article of measurement of disruptions in the process of the completion of an order. The identification of disruptions enables to define risk factors in the processes of order : "make to order". The research on the frequency and forces of the influence of disruptions on material flows were conducted in the supply chain of smelting products.

Artykuł prezentuje wybrane zagadnienia związane z badaniem cyklu realizacji zamówienia klienta w produkcji jednostkowej. Na początku przedstawione zostały tendencje i perspektywy w produkcji jednostkowej oraz podstawy sformułowania obszarów badawczych. Główna część artykułu obejmuje charakterystykę wyodrębnionych trzech obszarów badawczych. Należą do nich: analiza kluczowych czynników obsługi klienta w produkcji jednostkowej, badania czasu realizacji zamówienia klienta oraz badania powiązań między ogniwami łańcucha. Charakterystyka każdego z obszarów badawczych obejmuje sformułowanie celu badań, opis wykorzystywanych metod i technik badawczych oraz krótką prezentację wyników prowadzonych badań. Artykuł kończą wnioski, wynikające z prowadzonych badań. Prezentowane w artykule zagadnienia są częścią szerszego opracowania, obejmującego stworzenie procedury realizacji zamówienia klienta w produkcji jednostkowej.

The article presents selected aspects related to the cycle's research of the customer order fulfillment in unit production. Trends and perspectives in discreet manufacturing and grounds for formulations of research areas were explained at the beginning. The main part of the study includes characterization of three separate research areas. These are: analyses of the key factors of customer service in the unit production, testing lead time of order process and studies on relationships between the chain links. The characteristics of each of the areas of research include: the formulation of the main objective, a description of used methods and techniques, and a brief presentation of research results. The conclusions of the research ends the article. Aspects presented in the paper are part of a broaden elaboration, involving creating a procedure of customer order fulfillment in discreet manufacturing.

Celem badań zaprezentowanych w artykule było wskazanie zmian w przepływach wyrobów hutniczych na przełomie lat 2003-2010. Przedstawione analizy statystyczne, dotyczące kształtowania zapasów wyrobów hutniczych w łańcuchu dostaw odniesiono do problemu odporności łańcucha dostaw. Problem analizowano z perspektywy materiałowych punktów rozdziału łańcucha dostaw.

With purpose of research presented in the article showing changes in flows of smelting products was at the turn of years 2003-2010. The presented statistical analyses concerning the forming of supplies of smelting products in the supply chain were related to the problem of the resistance of the supply chain. The problem was being analysed from a perspective of material decoupling points of the supply chain.
