The article deals with the equivalent courses for military rank in the Slovak Armed Forces. The aim of the article is to introduce the participation of Slovak, Czech, Polish and Hungarian soldiers in The Battalion Commander Course, which refers to the knowledge applicable and not applicable to the Slovak and Czech armed forces. The main part of this course deals with the developing leadership of the commanders, the goal is to train and educate the commanders, to set a personal example and to prepare the commanders for the deployement in wide scale of operations.

W artykule przedstawiono szkolenia i kursy organizowane w Słowackich Siłach Zbrojnych, uprawniające do uzyskania poszczególnych stopni wojskowych. Omówiono szkolenie słowackich, czeskich, polskich i węgierskich żołnierzy na dowódcę batalionu (Battalion Commander Course) oraz wskazano różnice w zakresach wiedzy przekazywanej tym żołnierzom. W Słowackich Siłach Zbrojnych nacisk jest kładziony na rozwijanie umiejętności przywódczych dowódców, a także na takie wyszkolenie i edukację, by żołnierze stanowili przykład dla innych oraz byli przygotowani do udziału w różnego rodzaju operacjach.

The paper presents a statistical analysis of prices and volumes of electricity quoted on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and the Intra-Day Market (IDM) of the Polish Power Exchange (POLPX). The analysis was carried out for weighted average hourly prices and volumes of electricity for two selected periods. Data available from the Polish Power Exchange was used. In the face of the energy crisis and the uncertainty caused by war and the limited supply of raw materials used to produce electricity, knowledge of the operation of the DAM and IDM is of significant economic, strategic importance, which is related to the security of electricity supply and its prices. The exchange market in Poland is supervised by the Energy Regulatory Office and the Financial Supervision Commission. During the energy crisis, the role of energy exchanges is increasing, not only in Poland, and knowledge of the functioning of the energy market is also one of the elements of strategic management in the energy sector. The Statistica v.13.3 software was used to analyse the data.

W artykule zaprezentowano analizę statystyczną cen i wolumenu energii elektrycznej notowanych na Rynku Dnia Następnego (RDN) i Rynku Dnia Bieżącego (RDB) Towarowej Giełdy Energii (TGE). Analizę przeprowadzono dla średnioważonych cen godzinowych i wolumenu energii elektrycznej dla dwóch wybranych okresów. Wykorzystano dane dostępne na Towarowej Giełdzie Energii. W obliczu kryzysu energetycznego i niepewności spowodowanej wojną i ograniczoną podażą surowców wykorzystywanych do produkcji energii elektrycznej znajomość funkcjonowania RDN i RDB ma istotne znaczenie ekonomiczne, strategiczne, co wiąże się z bezpieczeństwem dostaw energii elektrycznej oraz jej cenami. Rynek giełdowy w Polsce jest nadzorowany przez Urząd Regulacji Energetyki i Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego. W czasie kryzysu energetycznego zwiększa się rola giełd energii, nie tylko w Polsce, a znajomość funkcjonowania rynku energii jest także jednym z elementów zarządzania strategicznego w energetyce. Do analizy danych wykorzystano program Statistica v.13.3.

Czas pandemii Covid19 zmusił nas do zintensyfikowania wysiłków związanych z kształceniem online.

A few years ago, none of us imagined that certain subjects could be taught online. Meanwhile, for the last three semesters, each of us had to face it, struggling with the stress of the mysterious listener and the sight of the wall in front of our eyes. We have found that preparing online classes is more demanding. However, out of love for Mathematics during the pandemic, we took our time and showed great commitment. In the article it is presented the distance education methods implemented by us along with examples together with the tools we used for this. The discussed methods of teaching were selected individually for the groups. The choice of the method depended on the year of study, i.e. whether we were teaching first-year or higher-year students, as well as the language in which the students study. From our point of view, it might be said that during the pandemic, the quality of teaching has increased due to the number and variety of methods that were used to liven up the atmosphere, maintain motivation and pace, as well as create interactions between students who are separated from each other and us. However, the question remains "has the quality of learning also increased?". We will get the answer soon, when we go back to universities.

The first objective of the research was to analyse employers' expectations with a focus on employers whose companies are related to the smart specialisations of the region of Silesia. The second objective of the research was to confirm the need for and development of the conceptual model of regional integration network (information network) of the system of education, higher education and companies, the region's authorities... in order to shape the supply of and demand for course-specific education; its priority would be to develop human resources for the regional industry in the perspective of economic changes. The hypothesis that "The creation of integration network of information for improving the effectiveness of development of major studies in higher education is desired by system of education, higher education, companies and public authorities" was confirmed on the basis of secondary and primary data.

Zastosowanie techniki satelitarnej GNSS dla celów wykonywania nalotów fotogrametrycznych z niskiego pułapu umożliwia wyznaczenie pozycji i orientacji bezpilotowego statku latającego. W artykule przedstawiono rezultaty wyznaczenia kursu z danych GPS dla bezpilotowego statku latającego oraz określono różnicę kursu z danych GPS i INS. Eksperyment lotniczy został zrealizowany w 2015 r. nad rzeką Liwiec z użyciem platformy Trimble UX5. W artykule zaprezentowano również i opisano metody odtworzenia kursu z danych GPS dla bezpilotowego statku latającego.

Application of GNSS observation for the purpose of performing photogrammetric flights from low altitude allows to determine the position and orientation of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The article presents the results of determination the course angle from the GPS data for unmanned aerial vehicle and the difference of course angle from GPS and INS data was obtained. The experiment was implemented above the Liwiec river in year 2015 using the Trimble UX5 platform. In the paper methods of course angle recovery were also presented and described.

Od kilkunastu lat obserwowany jest wzrost zainteresowania wykorzystania bezzałogowych statków latających w fotogrametrii i teledetekcji. Niskobudżetowe bezzałogowe platformy najczęściej korzystają ze stosunkowo tanich jednoczęstotliwościowych odbiorników GPS oraz platformy INS (MEMS). Ich integracja umożliwia wyznaczenie parametrów orientacji bezzałogowego statku latającego w przestrzeni. W artykule zaprezentowano wstępne rezultaty wyznaczenia kursu na podstawie samych danych GPS oraz określono różnicę kursu z wykorzystaniem danych GPS i INS. Przedstawiono również algorytm wyznaczenia kursu oraz opisano dokładnie przebieg eksperymentu lotniczego z wykorzystaniem platformy Trimble UX5. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań i uzyskanych wyników stwierdzono, iż średnia różnica kursu na podstawie surowych danych GPS i INS wynosi 0.21° z odchyleniem standardowym 6,12°.

For several years, increased interest in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in photogrammetry and remote sensing can be easily observed. Low-budget unmanned platforms mostly use a relatively low-cost single frequency GPS and INS platforms (MEMS). Their integration allows to determination the orientation parameters of unmanned aerial vehicle in the space. The article deals with the preliminary results of determine the course angle based on the same GPS data and identifies the difference of course using GPS and INS data. The article presents an algorithm determine the course angle and also describes in details the airborne experiment using Trimble UX5 platform. Based on the researches and the results ob-tained, it was found that the average difference of course angle based on raw GPS and INS equals to 0,21° with a standard deviation of 6,12°.

W artykule przedstawiono propozycję pomiaru i estymacji parametrów wiatru na dowolnym obiekcie latającym. W systemie tym wykorzystano trzy źródła informacji: pomiar kursu (układ kursowy lub układ odniesienia pionu i kierunku AHRS), pomiar prędkości względem powietrza (prędkościomierz ciśnieniowy) oraz pomiar kąta drogi i prędkości podróżnej za pomocą odbiornika GPS. Weryfikacja podanego rozwiązania została przeprowadzona w oparciu o wykonane w trybie off-line obliczenia na podstawie danych z lotu samolotu PZL M-20 Mewa oraz na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy błędów.

The article presents proposal of wind parameters measurement and estimation on any flying object board. This system uses three sources of information: heading measurement (heading system or attitude heading reference system, AHRS), measurement of speed relative to air (pressure speedometer), estimation of track over Ground and route speed by means of GPS receiver. Verification of the presented solution was carried out based on oa-line calculations using data logged on-board of PLZ M-20 Mewa airplane as well as on the results of error analysis.

The article presents a multimedia based three-dimensional design training course with use of AutoCAD 2008 PL software. Included in the application are explanations and prompts intended to activate the user for exploration of the three-dimensional design work essentials. The course is noted for high dynamics of the multimedia animation in the process of making the user acquainted with particular procedures and tree-dimensional modelling commands. This training course consists of didactic matter and programme commands in HTML language with integrally connected Macromedia Flesh animation. It is thus, properly adopted for location in the Internet for both e-learning as well as for conventional education.

Pokazanie sylwetki statku na ekranie mapy elektronicznej wymaga znajomości jego pozycji oraz kursu. Przedstawiono eksperyment mający na celu określenie dokładności kursu rzeczywistego statku wyznaczanego przez urządzenia wchodzące w skład pilotowych systemów nawigacyjnych: stacjonarnego i przenośnego. W szczególności przebadano żyrokompas oraz kompas GPS. Wyniki zweryfikowano za pomocą kursu wyznaczonego przez dwa odbiorniki RTK.

The vessel's position and its heading are necessary to display its shape on an electronic chart. This paper describes an experimenal determination of heading accuracy. There are two types of pilot navigation systems: stationary and portable, and they may use various sources of heading data. Particularly a gyrocompass and GPS compass were tested and verified by the heading determined by two RTK receivers.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę dokładności określania kursu rzeczywistego pomiędzy dwoma antenami GPS dla dwóch technik pomiarowych autonomicznego GPS i kodowego DGPS. Dokonano również oceny przydatności ewentualnego zastosowania wyżej wymienionych technik pomiarowych w systemach prowadzenia statku na akwenach ograniczonych.

The paper presents an accuracy evaluation analysis of the ship's heading measured between two GPS antennas of autonomic GPS and code DGPS type. The usefulness of the above mentioned GPS techniques for the vessel's navigation and piloting systems in confined waters has also been evaluated.
