The article presents a three-dimensional numerical analysis of heat and humidity parameters carried out for a living room in a multi-family building. The aim of the analysis was to compare alternative heating methods with the existing one. Two cases were included in the analysis: case I - the existing state, case II - the existing state with an additional panel heater. In order to verify the numerical analysis for case I, the temperature and relative humidity were measured. During the heating period, the thermal conditions in the room did not favor the comfort of users, especially in one part of the room. The study may be a tool for future research related to the implementation of the climatic conditions of rooms with similar structural and functional features.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań niejednorodności rozkładu temperatury oraz wilgotności względnej powietrza wewnątrz przestrzeni roboczych dwóch komór klimatycznych. Dla oceny jakości regulacji układu sterującego doświadczalnie wyznaczono charakterystyki odpowiedzi układu na wymuszenie zmian temperatury oraz wilgotności w czasie oraz zbadano stabilizację parametrów w czasie.

The paper presents the results of inhomogeneity of the temperature distribution and relative humidity inside the working space of two climate chambers. From the perspective of the calibration, the knowledge of the distribution of these parameters is critical for the value of the calibration uncertainty. The deviations of the parameter values in the separate tested areas from the value of the central point of the working space of the chamber parameter were determined. The made measurements confirmed the presence of non-uniform distributions of temperature and humidity inside the working space of the chambers. For the assessment of the quality of the control system, the knowledge of the dynamics of the changes in parameters is crucial. For this reason, the response characteristics of the system to the forcing of changes in temperature and humidity in time were experimentally specified. The temperature and humidity stabilization values were set for 25 ºC and for 50 %RH. The performed tests provided information about the areas of occurrence of the factors influencing the inaccuracy of the final result of the measurement inside the working space of the climatic chambers. The set values will allow assessing the quality of the measurement results obtained in the process of calibration through estimating the uncertainty of the measurement.

Celem badań było porównanie rozkładu temperatur oraz wilgotności powietrza w komorach fermentacyjno-dojrzewalniczych firmy Atmos, typ HD 2000 oraz firmy Schröter, typ Komi podczas produkcji serwolatki akademickiej. W komorach dokonano pomiaru rozkładu temperatury w sześciu punktach każdej komory podczas trwania procesu, wilgotności względnej powietrza w komorze oraz prędkości przepływu powietrza i dymu wędzarniczego. W wyniku badań stwierdzono, że najlepszymi wynikami w zakresie badanych parametrów technicznych charakteryzowała się komora firmy Atmos.

The purpose of the studies was comparison of air temperature and humidity distribution in fermentation-ripening chambers made by Atmos, type HD 2000 and by Schröter, Komi type during production of cervelat. During the process air relative humidity, air flowrate, smoke and temperature distribution in six points of each chamber were measured. The test results have showed that the chamber made by Atmos had the best technical parameters.
