Sensitivity analysis of the contractor’s financial effects achieved on a single building site

Based on catalogues, the time schedule of erecting multi-storey building has been prepared. Real current conditions and the average cost of the building allows for creating the model where four variables influence NPV and maximum cash demand of a contractor erecting the building. The simulation made in the spreadsheet is the base for calculating and presenting the sensitivity analysis of each variable separately, as well as, for creating the surface chart where the joint influence of terms of payments affects the maximum demand for cash. The way of using of this chart has been described aiming at the protection of the contractor from losing financial liquidity while the profi table project is executed.

Wyznaczanie przez przepływomierz Prowirl 200 stopnia suchości pary pozwala na dokładniejsze obliczenie jej parametrów cieplnych. Wykrywanie i oznaczanie wilgotności pary zwiększa również poziom bezpieczeństwa pracy instalacji cieplnej dzięki zapobieganiu uderzeniom hydraulicznym. Oprogramowanie narzędziowe Applicator pozwala na dokładną ocenę stanu termodynamicznego pary w dowolnym stanie przegrzania.

Endress+Hauser Prowirl 200 flowmeter enables conducting the full compensation of a steam flow rate both with the use of integrated temperature and pressure sensors and by ensuring the possibility to connect an external pressure transducer if there is a need to use a device of class 0,1% or better. Determination of steam dryness degree by the Prowirl 200 flowmeter allows more accurate calculation of the steam thermal parameters. Detection and determination of steam moisture increases also the safety level of thermal system operation by preventing water hammers. The Applicator utility software enables detailed evaluation of the steam thermodynamic condition in any state of superheating.

Od dwóch lat pogłębia się kryzys w branży drobiarskiej. W 1999 r. uzyskano najniższe wyniki finansowe w latach 90. Znacznemu obniżeniu uległa produkcja przetworów drobiowych. Produkcja mięsa nadal rośnie, lecz znacznie wolniej niż w latach poprzednich. Pogłębia się również proces koncentracji produkcji. Umacniają się na rynku grupy kapitałowe, jednocześnie bankrutują firmy małe, nie posiadające środków finansowych na inwestycje. W okresie dekoniunktury w drobiarstwie wyłoniła się grupa kilkunastu firm stanowiących czołówkę branży.

The crisis in Polish poultry branch has deepened for the last two years.1n 1999 the branch reached the lowest financial effects of the whole 90-ties. Production of processed poultry products has been reduced considerably. Although production of meat is still growing, the pace is considerably lower than in the previous years. Concentration process in the poultry branch intensifies. Capital groups are getting power in the market. At the same time, many small firms faced with the lack of financial sources for investments, bankrupt. A group of some leading firms has appeared in the period of unfavourable market conditions.
