W artykule przedstawiono sposoby separacji wybranych wtrąceń z materiałów pochodzenia roślinnego. Przedstawiono również metody elektrostatyczne stosowane w procesach separacji. Jako przykład elektroseparacji materiałów pochodzenia roślinnego zaprezentowano elektroseparację rozdrobnionych nasion rzepaku, gdzie jako źródło pola elektrostatycznego wykorzystane zostało uzwojenie bifilarne.

This article presents some methods of the separation of selected parts from the plant materials. Also it presents the methods used in electrostatic separation processes. An example of electrostatic separation is separation crushed rape seeds using bifilar winding separator.

Artykuł referuje wykorzystanie borówki (żurawin dużych), (jagody amerykańskiej) w wyrobach cukierniczych i w odżywianiu specjalistycznym. Autorzy przeprowadzili procedurę certyfikacji, koniecznej do wdrożenia jagód w przemyśle spożywczym Białorusi.

The Central Botanical Garden of the Byelorussian National Academy of Sciences developed specifications and recipes of confectionery products on the basis of a large fruited cranberry (with addition and without addition of pectin). This should expand the assortment of new foodstuff on the basis of local fruit and berry raw material. In the presented development pectin was used not only as a jellied structure and stabilizer but also as a biologically active additive applied for the extraction from an organism toxic substances, radioactive and heavy metals, and therefore adding to a product medical and dietary properties. The processing methods of a large fruited cranberry leading to obtain dry cranberry, compote, jam and syrup are described. The comparative characteristics of a biochemical structure of a fresh large fruited cranberry and dry confectionery cranberries are presented.

Dynamiczne działanie pola elektrycznego wykorzystuje się np. w procesach elektroseparacji. W Zakładzie Elektroenergetyki AGH w Krakowie istnieje stanowisko laboratoryjne do eksperymentalnej weryfikacji modelu procesu elektroseparacji z zastosowaniem metody konduktancyjnej. Przedstawione wyniki jednoznacznie wskazują na możliwość stosowania separatora bębnowego do rozdzielania mieszanin proszkowych siłami pola elektrycznego w tego typu separatorze. Warunkiem musi być zróżnicowanie własności elektrycznych (rezystywności) składników mieszaniny. Prezentowany sposób separacji może mieć praktyczne zastosowanie do celów technologicznych o czym świadczą próby nad rozdziałem mieszaniny dielektryka i metalu (polietylen i miedź).

Electric field has a lot of applications. Its dynamic action has been used in electrotechnologies where it is 'a tool'. The dynamic action of electric field used for dielectrics separation depends on the influence grains - which differ in electric moment or charge values one from another. A mathematical model of electric field action is presented in the paper. A grain achieves electric charge twofold: by induction and 'corona'. Some numerical computation results of trajectories for grains during the separation process are presented and analysed. The problem has been discussed on an example of Huff's drum separator. Test results for some materials of different resistivities are presented. Research of 'dielectric - metal' mixture separation is also described and the results are given.
