Kształtowanie sieci dystrybucji w warunkach zróżnicowanych form sprzedaży towarów

Artykuł dotyczy problemu kształtowania sieci dystrybucji towarów, w warunkach dynamicznego rozwoju nowoczesnych form sprzedaży, w szczególności handlu elektronicznego. Efektem prac jest metodyka kształtowania sieci dystrybucji towarów, uwzględniająca wspólny przepływ towarów w sieci, związany zarówno z klasycznymi jak i nowoczesnymi formami sprzedaży. W ramach przeprowadzonych badań opracowano model symulacyjny odzwierciedlający funkcjonowanie takiego typu systemy dystrybucji towarów. W oparciu o model generyczny zbudowano zbiór wariatów różnicujących sposób realizacji procesów dystrybucyjnych, przekładający się na parametry funkcjonalne i kosztowe realizacji procesów dystrybucyjnych. Przy kształtowaniu wariantów położono szczególny nacisk na takie elementy, jak: przebieg procesów kompletacji, miejsce ich realizacji w strukturze sieci dystrybucji (magazyny centralny, magazyny regionalne lub rozwiązanie hybrydowe), sposób realizacji dostaw (poprzez realizację regularnych tras lub korzystanie z usług firm kurierskich). W wyniku przeprowadzonych analiz określono takie parametry wynikowe poszczególnych wariantów, jak: liczba i lokalizacja magazynów na różnych poziomach sieci dystrybucji, rozłożenie zapasu towarów w sieci, czas realizacji dostaw do klienta, kompletność dostawy, itd. Na podstawie uzyskanych informacji podjęto ostateczne decyzje o ukształtowaniu sieci dystrybucji i przebiegu procesów dystrybucyjnych.

This paper concerns the problem of distribution network design, under the dynamic development of modern ways of sale, in particular e - Commerce. The proposed m ethodology of distribution network design is taking into account the joint movement of goods in the network, associated with both classical and modern way of sale. The research carried out in the paper is based on simulation model that reflects the operation of this type of distribution system. Based on the generic model different way of distribution processes were simulated and as a result the cost of distribution processes have been calculated. Constructing different variants of distribution processes the following changes have been taken into account: picking processes, the place of their implementation in the structure of the distribution network (central warehouse, regional warehouses or hybrid solution), the method of delivery (by regular routes or courier services). As a result several distribution network parameters have been defined, including the number and warehouses at different levels of the distribution network, the stock of goods dispersed through the network, the time of delivery to the customer, the scope of delivery, etc. Based on this information the final decisions about the shape of the distribution network and distribution processes was made.

Artykuł stanowi studium przypadku na temat kanałów dystrybucji oraz uwarunkowań wyboru kanałów przez przedsiębiorstwo z branży makaronowej. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie istoty kanałów dystrybucji oraz determinantów wyboru kanałów dystrybucji przez przedsiębiorstwo z branży spożywczej. Postawione cele determinują wybór następujących metod badawczych: analiza literatury polskiej i zagranicznej oraz badania empiryczne dokumentacji wewnętrznej przedsiębiorstwa. Osiągnięcie celów jest odzwierciedlone w strukturze artykułu.

The article constitutes the case study about delivery channels and conditioning of choice of channels by the enterprise from the pasta industry. Describing nature of delivery channels is a purpose of the article and of determinants of the choice channels of distribution by the enterprise from the food industry. Built cells are determining choice about the following research methods: analysis of Polish and foreign literature and the empirical research on internal documentation of the enterprise. The achievement of the goals is reflected in the structure of the article.

W pracy opisano krzywe wzbogacania uzysk-uzysk, nazywane również wykresem Fuerstenaua. Wykres ten, przedstawiający zależność uzysków składników nadawy w produktach separacji, jest bardzo użytecznym narzędziem do analizy, oceny i porównywania wyników procesów rozdzielczych traktowanych jako wzbogacanie. Krzywa Fuerstenaua pozwala na matematyczny opis wyników wzbogacania oraz określenie selektywności procesu, a po przyjęciu kryterium, także optymalnego punktu wzbogacania. Jest to także bardzo użyteczny wykres do porównywania wyników separacji przy zmiennej jakości nadawy, gdyż jest on tak zwaną alfa-nieczułą krzywą wzbogacania. Ponadto, dzięki nikłemu podobieństwu parametrów osi wykresu, krzywa Fuerstenaua nadaje się do statystycznej oceny wyników separacji opartej na współczynniku determinacji R2.

In the work the recovery-recovery beneficiation curves, called also the Fuerstenau’s plot, have been described. This plot, presenting the relationship of recoveries of feed components in separation products is a very useful tool for the analysis, assessment and comparison of results of distribution processes treated as beneficiation. The Fuerstenau’s curve allows the mathematical description of beneficiation results and determination of process selectivity, and after criterion adopting it enables also to determine the optimum beneficiation point. This is also a very useful plot for comparing the separation results under changeable feed quality, because it is the so- called alpha-insensitive beneficiation curve. Moreover, owing to the hardly perceptible similarity of plot axis parameters, the Fuerstenau’s curve is suitable for the statistical assessment of separation results on the basis of the determination coefficient R2.
