Zaprezentowano zastosowanie technik CAx w procesie projektowania maszyn rozdrabniających w Instytucie Technologii Górniczej KOMAG na przykładzie rozdrabniacza MR300. Jest to urządzenie wykorzystywane w zakładach mechanicznej przeróbki węgla do dezintegracji drobnoziarnistych produktów filtracji, odwodnionych na prasach filtracyjnych.

Presented is application of CAx techniques in the process of disintegrating machine design, by the example of the MR300 disintegrating machine designed by KOMAG. The machine is dedicated for use in the mechanical coal processing plants for disintegration of the fine-grained filtration products after dehydrating operation on filter presses.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań zmian momentu obrotowego i prędkości obrotowej w napędzie rozdrabniacza. Podjęta zo-- stała próba zbadania zmiany momentu obrotowego w trakcie elementarnego procesu dezintegracji. Pozwoliło to na konfrontację uzyskanych wyników badań z dotychczasową wiedzą o sprawności przekładni z pasem zębatym.

The paper presents research results dealing with changes of a torque and speed of the disintegrator shaft. The effort to measure a torque during elementary disintegration process was made. It allowed one to compare the research results with the efficiency of gear equipped with the timing belt.

Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących wpływu częstotliwości i mocy ultradźwięków na intensyfikację rozkładu substancji organicznej w warunkach anaerobowych. Fermentacji kwaśnej psychrofilowej poddano osad nadmierny z procesu zintegrowanego usuwania związków biogennych metodą osadu czynnego. Pozyskiwanie LKT w fermenterach z pełnym wymieszaniem ma na celu uzupełnienie niedoboru węgla organicznego potrzebnego do usuwania biogenów. Wcześniejsze badania potwierdziły możliwość zwiększania produkcji LKT z osadów nadźwiękawianych. Badania obecne mają na celu dobór odpowiednich dla procesu i osadu parametrów dezintegracji, co zostało umożliwione dzięki zastosowaniu dezintegratora nowej konstrukcji z wymiennymi głowicami pracującymi w zakresie częstotliwości 10 - 30 kHz.

Anaerobic degradation of sludge (fermentation) is limited by the rate and efficiency of the first phase of that process - hydrolitic phase. The principal aim of the ultrasonic pretreatment-ultrasonic disintegration - is therefore to break up the organic substance and to damage the cells of organisms which don't take part in the anaerobic process. Owing to disintegration we can subject substrate to easy biological degradation by anaerobic microorganisms. The efficiency of disintegration effect may be assessed among others by the volumetric increase of organic substance dissolved in sludge water. That increase may be indicated by measuring of COD or VFA (volatile fatty acids). VFA are intermediate products (in the octanogenic phase) during the fermentation process. They are the main source of organic carbon for the development of bacteria which remove phosphorus from the sewage in the activate sludge proceses. The principal aim of the present investigation studies is to increase the VFA production in effect of ultrasonic disintegration of the secondary sludge before its recirculation to anaerobic phase of sewage treatment. The acquisition of efficient disintegration requires suitable parameters and exposition time corresponding with physicochemical parameters of the sludge, as concentration of solid phase, content of organic substances, size of sludge particles. For the realization of this research the new ultrasonic disintegrator with option of smooth frequency control has been constructed. The investigation was made on the excess sludges from municipal sewage treatment plant on which the biological removing of substances was realized.
