Purpose: The main research problem, which is also the subject of the study, was to recognise a relation between creative life orientations and their impact on the potential development of a creative organisation. Methodology: The article reviews research on the impact of cognitive, theoretical, methodological and empirical issues using Cudowska's questionnaire (2004). To analyse the data Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used and then parametric tests were applied: Student's t-test, ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc test. Findings: The discussion and final conclusions focus on the impact of the above relationships on the creative development of these organisations. The results of the study showed that the development of the analysed creative organisations is not strongly contingent on the creative life orientations of their employees. Undoubtedly, the development of creative organisations depends on them, yet other factors, equally important in Polish conditions, should be sought. Research limitations/implications: The obtained research results are treated as pilot ones. The complete achievement of the research goal requires continuation of the research on a larger respondents. Practical implications: The results of the research can be used to improve the policy of development creative in organisations. Social implications: Modern entities need professionals with the ability to act independently, efficiently and effectively, but also creatively. This professionalism in the context of an organisation requires not only perfection in the execution of activities, but also the reduction of barriers that inhibit the creative development of an organisation. Hence, the issue of understanding the importance of creative development for organisational performance has been in recent years and continues to be addressed by researchers around the world. To a certain extent, this article responds to this demand in terms of the topics covered. Originality/value: This is the first study of this type conducted on the choosen population in Poland.

TPM is a very powerful tool used to improve the organization. It is also difficult to implement. To assist in the introduction of TPM method Edward de Bono Has been used. Method six ways of thinking can by use to organize any work on each issue. The method is neutral and can be used as a game or ritual that helps people to follow certain rules. Using de Bono methods in the company management helping to consistently and correctly apply the techniques of TPM and allows us to obtain: - SMED allowed the efficient carrying out refitting of individual machines, - reduction in the time machine refitting from 25 to 10 minutes, - reliability of machines up to 100%. Still current problem of Polish economy is insufficient growth and development. The main reason of this is the lack of innovative solutions in the sphere of production and service. Innovation should be present in al phases of business. Starting from design, through product, marketing, customer service, management, set a price for ending controls. Innovations emerging in the enterprise are closely linked to the emergence of new knowledge about the market, competitors, customers, the achievements of science and technology, and financial and legal arrangements. Implementation of a new product, or technical-organizational solutions, can provide tangible economic and social benefits. They can relate better use of time, manpower, means of production, saving materials and many other fields. The main factor influencing to the effectiveness of these changes is the efficient management of innovation activities that can be supported by the psychology of creativity. Creative thinking brings many benefits. It is necessary to invent more and better ways to design innovative technology, marketing or search for new ways to motivate employees. This difficult requirements can meet only organization that is so creative, that depends on continuous development and improvement. Determination of conditions for the transfer process of individual creativity on the level of teams and the organization seems to be a major problem in practical use of creativity in organization and management. Creativity and innovation are overlapping structure between the two stages of the creative process: idea generation phase and the phase of implementation. Creativity combines these two processes: the formation of ideas and giving them concrete solutions.
