Creative behavior development is one of the most important aspect of modern education. It can be achieved using university creative management therefor this study seems to be very promising for the practice. The paper examines the impact of efficient teachers, and creative management on the enterprising performance of the universities students in Indonesia. This research also investigates the mediating impact of student involvement among the association of efficient teachers, creative management and enterprising performance of the universities students in Indonesia. This article adopted the questionnaires to obtain the data and also employed the smart-PLS to check the nexus among understudy variables. The results indicated that efficient teachers, and creative management have a significant association with the enterprising performance of universities students in Indonesia. The findings also revealed that student involvement positively mediates among the relations of efficient teachers, creative management and enterprising performance of the universities students in Indonesia. This research guided the regulators regarding developing the policies related to the creative university involvement that improve the students enterprising performance.

Twórczy rozwój zachowań jest jednym z najważniejszych aspektów współczesnej edukacji. Można to osiągnąć za pomocą uniwersyteckiego kreatywnego zarządzania, dlatego niniejsze badanie wydaje się być bardzo obiecujące dla praktyki. Artykuł analizuje wpływ skutecznych nauczycieli i kreatywnego zarządzania na wyniki przedsiębiorcze studentów uniwersytetów w Indonezji. Badanie to analizuje również pośredniczący wpływ zaangażowania studentów wśród stowarzyszenia skutecznych nauczycieli, kreatywnego zarządzania i przedsiębiorczych wyników studentów uniwersytetów w Indonezji. W artykule przyjęto kwestionariusze do uzyskania danych, a także wykorzystano smart-PLS do sprawdzenia powiązania między zmiennymi w badaniu. Wyniki wskazują, że wydajni nauczyciele i kreatywne zarządzanie mają istotny związek z przedsiębiorczymi osiągnięciami studentów uniwersytetów w Indonezji. Wyniki ujawniły również, że zaangażowanie studentów pozytywnie pośredniczy między relacjami skutecznych nauczycieli, kreatywnym zarządzaniem i przedsiębiorczymi osiągnięciami studentów uniwersytetów w Indonezji. Badanie to pokierowało regulatorami w zakresie opracowywania polityk związanych z kreatywnym zaangażowaniem uniwersytetów, które poprawiają wyniki przedsiębiorcze studentów.

The aim of this publication is to determine the correlates of creative and transgressive behavior in the context of the model of the determinants of creative management. The aim of this study was to verify empirically the relationship between the symptoms of creative features (cognitively and characterlogically) and indicators of transgressive behavior. The determinants of subjective qualities of creative and transgressive behavior are analyzed in this article. The author has adopted the assumption about a role of transgressive behaviors in dynamics of creative behaviors (creative resources). The following set of methods has been applied in the research: 1) Questionnaire of Creative Behavior KANH (Popek, 2001; Popek, 2010); 2) Scale to Measure Transgression (STr), (Studenski, 2006). Activity, predominance, courage and high selfesteem – main indicators of functioning a man with a high level of subject creative features – have proved to be significantly correlated with transgressive indicators of behavior. Subject of creative features expressed in a creative attitude coexists with transgressive behaviors: pro-creative motivation in searching for changes, nonconformism, focus on activity and overcoming problems, openness and courage to take up new tasks, innovation and acceptance of novelty. The resulting configurations of features in a range of variables (characteristics of creative and transgressive behavior) correspond to factors conditioning the success in business and management. To a little extent the previous studies took into account the subjective features recognized as creative (in the cognitive and characterological sphere) and their relationship with predisposition for transgressive behavior. The obtained results of research could contribute to the existing scientific achievements in the field of management of important determinants and correlates with subjective features ensuring success. It is defined by a transgressive action – as a kind of activity type to be changed. Subjective characteristics of the creative (creative assets) increases the efficiency of the action.

The aim of this article is to present the course of a creative session in the studied enterprise with application of techniques and methods of creating innovative solutions. It shall also include presentation of creative thinking conditions, which support the ability of solving complex problems and making optimal decisions. The creative methods and techniques have huge potential. Supported with principles and strategies of creative thinking, they can reinforce a proinnovative attitude in an organisation and facilitate making optimal decisions. Each creative session is unique and all team results obtained during a meeting are valuable. Creative sessions are favourable in terms of development of an enterprise and its employees. Incorporation of new technical and organisational solutions can deliver measurable economic and social advantages. Holding a creative session does not, however, guarantee obtaining practical solutions. A successful session has predetermined time limits and includes information on cost limits. Influence on the effectiveness of decisions are based on creative problem solving tools. They raise the number of obtained interesting ideas and improve their quality. A creative session allows to train methods and techniques of creative problem solving as well as the ability of selecting them depending on the needs.
