The organization constant improvement process is possible using a step by step method. The self-learning organization and continuous improvement of the organization's culture guarantees achievement of good market results and raising competitiveness. This paper aims to identify and analyze the ratings importance level for the production process factors in order for the manufacturing process to improve in the chosen construction company. The study used an innovative research method BOST, which refers to the Toyota management principles in the production and the service organizations. As a result of research the ratings differentiation importance level for the production process factors was achieved which provides a basis for the process of the analyzed company to improve.

The need of being competitive and will to meet clients' needs makes organizations form mining branch improve their actions. There is a wide variety of system-like solutions for such organizations, such as: quality management system, environment management system, and security and safety management system and social responsibility system. The tendency of implementing and connecting some of the above mentioned solutions has resulted in the integrated management systems. An organization which is prepared in such a way often decides for the next step which allows for self-improving even more efficiently, which in turn results in a quicker reaction to clients' needs- the implementation of process-like attitude. The process-like attitude allows to identify weak elements of organization as well as help to improve them and identify those which should be included in an organization.

Potrzeba konkurencyjności i chęć sprostania oczekiwaniom klienta wymusza na organizacjach branży wydobywczej doskonalenie działania. Wsparcie działalności zapewniają różnorakie rozwiązania systemowe w dziedzinie zarządzania: system zarządzania jakością, system zarządzania środowiskiem, system zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higiena pracy oraz system dotyczący odpowiedzialności społecznej. Tendencja wdrażania kilku wymienionych rozwiązań i łączenie ich w jednej organizacji spowodowało powstanie zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania. Tak przygotowane organizacje decydują się często na kolejny krok, umożliwiający o wiele skuteczniejsze samodoskonalenie się, a w efekcie szybsze reagowanie na potrzeby klienta. Tym rozwiązaniem jest wdrożenie podejścia procesowego. Pozwala ono wychwytywać słabe elementy działania organizacji, by je usprawnić oraz identyfikować te, które powinny zostać włączone w działanie organizacji.

In the report there was presented the idea of constant improvement - the concept which allows to provide right development of an organisation, conditioning the possibility of forming rival predominance on the market. Used criteria of Management Improving Model PNJ, audit used as tools supporting improvement and correcting mistakes in the management process, allow effective and efficient self-esteem as well as systematic identification of weak sides of an organisation, what makes easy directing of its functioning, creating quality culture in order to magnify flexibility, self-adaptation and self-regulation of an organisation and the ability of rational usage of possessed resources through rationalization of the coordination undertaken actions and optimalisation of organisation relation quality.
