In terms of changing service delivery in multi-channel systems and the development of new communication/sales channels the key element of customer service becomes the ability to manage and seek synergies in using multiple service points. The aim of the article is to present the challenges must confront service providers in terms of significant changes in the distribution of services. The highest currently identified symptom of these changes is the omnichanneling strategy. The authors pointed out two major interrelated factors shaping challenges for service providers - big data and proliferation channels. The main part of the article is a list of actual challenges for service providers under transformation services distribution strategy towards omnichanneling.

W pracy zaprezentowano trendy rozwoju kanałów dystrybucji żywności ekologicznej, ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na rozwój bezpośredniej sprzedaży produktów ekologicznych. Przedstawiono również wyniki badań własnych, realizowanych w woj. podkarpackim, które pozwoliły wyłonić grupę 100 ekologicznych producentów rolnych zajmujących się sprzedażą bezpośrednią. Stali się oni przedmiotem pogłębionej analizy, której niektóre wyniki zaprezentowano w publikacji.

The trends of development of ecological food channels distribution in this work were presented, with special attention paid to development of direct sale of ecological products. On the ground of the results of own investigations realized in Podkarpacie province the group of 100 ecological agricultural producers dealing with direct sale was appointed. They became the object of the deepened analysis some results of which are presented in this publication.
