An important element to be taken into account when designing the afforestation of Tarnowo Podgorne municipality was to create a model of ecological corridors, taking into account existing and planned natural forest areas. Analysis of the concept of afforestation and conditions allowed to determine the existing network nodes and corridors through the use of quantitative and qualitative methods of organic interconnection network and determine the degree of functional chain structure and ecological stability in the community. For the evaluation of the network model used in the basic indicators used in the method of assessing the stability of part of the landscape in order of network connections. Designed structure of ecological corridors indicates that all test indicators are within the ranges set by the method, and their interpretation proves unequivocally that the designed network will fulfill their natural functions. The proposed concept is characterized by the attention to the behavior of spatial order with regard to the functionality of other forms of land use space. Although the community is not in any formal way affiliated with the Nature 2000 network the structure of ecological corridors is the result of the development of the concept shows a high degree of functionality and stability as part of the assessment of the stability of the landscape in order of network connections.

Celem niniejszej pracy było określenie inklinacji mieszkańców do ponoszenia opłat za możliwość korzystania z Wielkopolskiego Parku Narodowego. Materiały źródłowe do realizacji postawionego problemu pozyskano podczas badań w formie wywiadu standaryzowanego, przeprowadzonego w latach 2012-2013 wśród mieszkańców miejscowości położonych w obrębie gmin, w których zlokalizowany jest WPN oraz mieszkańców Poznania bezpośrednio sąsiadujących z tymi gminami. W pracy zastosowano model logitowy. Z otrzymanych rezultatów wynika, że na wielkość deklarowanej kwoty za możliwość korzystania z WPN mają wpływ następujące zmienne: wiek respondenta, poparcie wydatków ekologicznych oraz przynależność do organizacji ekologicznych.

The paper presents the remarkable Padis region, which is one of the most attractive and the best developed karst areas in the Carpathian Mountains. The karst forms, which should be promoted as geotourist sites, were selected on the basis of established criteria, and described. Moreover, the forms of nature conservation are emphasized, as well as strong and week points of tourist infrastructure. Actions leading to adapt this region for geotourism were suggested.

Artykuł przedstawia unikatowy region Padis, który należy do najatrakcyjniejszych i najlepiej wykształconych krasowych obszarów w Karpatach. Na podstawie przyjętych kryteriów wytypowano, a następnie scharakteryzowano formy krasowe, które powinny być promowane jako obiekty geoturystyczne. Ponadto zwrócono uwagę na formy ochrony przyrody, mocne i słabe strony infrastruktury turystycznej oraz zaproponowano działania mające na celu zaadaptowanie regionu dla potrzeb geoturystyki.

Artykuł przedstawia ciekawe obiekty geoturystyczne, jakimi są nieczynne kamieniołomy piaskowców w Bielsku-Białej Straconce i Kozach (Beskid Mały). W kamieniołomach w Straconce można zaobserwować typowo wykształcone warstwy godulskie, natomiast w kamieniołomie w Kozach odsłaniają się warstwy lgockie. Są to ważne miejsca dla poznania budowy geologicznej płaszczowiny śląskiej. Wybrane obiekty są interesujące pod względem geologicznym i krajobrazowym i mogą stanowić urozmaicenie górskich wędrówek w tym rejonie.

The article presents interesting geotouristic sites, which are abandoned sandstone quarries in Bielsko-Biała Straconka and Kozy village (the Beskid Mały Mts.). In the Straconka quarries visitors can recognize the typical Godula Beds whereas in the Kozy quarry the classic examples of the Lgota Beds are represented. Both sites belong to the Silesian Unit of the Flysch Carpathians. The sites provide an insight into unusual and interesting geology and landscape, and may become attractions during mountain hikes in this region.

W pracy przedstawiono analizę parametrów tekstury - twardości, spoistości, elastyczności, gumiastości, przeżuwalności pieczywa pszennego. Badaniom poddano dwa rodzaje chleba pszennego: graham i chleb tostowy. Chleb przechowywano w rożnych warunkach: w temperaturze pokojowej bez opakowania, w temperaturze pokojowej i woreczku polietylenowym oraz w woreczku polietylenowym i chłodziarce.

The study analysed the texture parameters of wheat bakery products, such as the hardness, cohesion, elasticity, gumminess and chewing ability. Two kinds of wheat bread were tested - graham and the toast breads. The breads were stored under different conditions: at room temperature without packing, at room temperature in plastic bag and in plastic (polyethylene) bag in refrigerator.
