A concept of the design and operation of effective evaporators and condenses in refrigeration and heating systems has been presented. According to this concept an effective phase change in heat exchangers is provided by excluding its final stage. The scheme decisions of refrigeration and heating systems providing an increase in the heat flux by 20 to 40% have been discussed.
