Przedmiotem artykułu jest ocena zgodności przepisów ustawy Prawo wodne z dnia 18 lipca 2001 r. (Oz U nr 115, póz. 1229 ze zm.) z przepisami dyrektywy Parlamentu Europejskiego oraz Rady z dnia 23 października 2000 r. Nr 2000/60/EG w sprawie stworzenia podstaw do przedsięwzięć Wspólnoty w zakresie polityki wodnej (ABI. d. EG Nr. L 327). Prezentowane rozważania ograniczają się do problematyki regulowanej w dyrektywie i nie podejmują całościowej oceny ustawy.

The subject of the paper is evaluation of compatibility of regulations contained in the Water Act of July 18, 2001 (Dz.U.nr115, item 1229) with regulations laid down by the directive of the European Parliament and the Council of October 23, 2000, No 2000/60/EG concerning creation of principles of the Community activities in the field of water politics (ABI.d.EG No L 327). The considerations presented in the paper are limited to problems being regulated by the directive and do not undertake the overall evaluation of the Act.
