Globalization, the dynamic growth of competition and increasing customer demands result in the need for process improvement by reducing costs, improving quality and shortening realization time. A Business Process Management, a Value Based Management and a Performance Management concepts are dynamically developed. A computer aided system for decision-making process about production order realization is proposed in the paper, which allows for quick scheduling of orders according to production capacity, realization costs and available financial resources. This system provides the necessary information needed to negotiate with the client and determine the date of the order, the price, payment terms, etc. This system uses the methodology of rapid verification of orders by checking the sequence of sufficient conditions to guarantee that the order specified by the customer in time. The methodology is based on the assumptions of the concept of BPM, VBM and PM.
