PL

Doświadczenia krajów, w których wdrożono system działań organizacyjno - prawnych i edukacyjno - reedukacyjnych na rzecz zmniejszenia rozmiarów nietrzeźwości wśród kierujących pojazdami wskazują, że muszą się one wzajemnie wspierać. Warunkiem skuteczności polityki karnej jest jej wsparcie przez odpowiednie programy psychoedukacyjne. W Polsce aktualnie brak jest rozwiązań systemowych. Podejmując się prac nad opracowaniem odpowiedniego programu działań niezbędne jest dokonanie przeglądu programów wdrożonych w innych krajach.

Experiences gathered in the countries which have implemented a system of organizational and legal as well as educational and re-educational activities aimed at limiting the phenomenon of drink-driving show that such activities have to be mutually supportive. In order to assure effectiveness of the penal policy one needs to back it up with relevant psychological and educational programmes. Poland currently lacks systemic solutions. While taking measures to develop the relevant action plan it is necessary to conduct an overview of programmes already operational in other countries.
