The article focuses on the change of circumstances influencing the price and income risk in farm households as a result of the liberalization of the world economy. The attention was paid to the significance of the evaluation of diversified attitudes of farmers towards risk while evaluating their market behaviour. The consequences of emerging transformations for the relations between different sectors and the whole economy were presented. The necessity of including additional determinants while evaluating the level of the stability of price relations for a proper assessment of such a phenomenon was emphasized. The problem of the evaluation of public goods in the conditions of the completeness of markets was particularly underlined.
