Emerging communication tools have accentuated the necessity to proceed, in this model, to the investigation of the problem of mutual relations of both system objects being considered. The underestimated influence of the object (e.g. of a technical object) upon the diagnoser, the diagnostician and, through them, upon the deciding person, was the cause of the possibility of a wrong evaluation of the object state. The introduced form of the model (F.W. Przystupa, 1999; 1988) consists in its radical change through its symmetric doubling to the form "77", equilibrating the information and action significance of both the most important system objects. The basic information-action model permits us to create the evaluation of a real security system.
