Abstrakty
For a few years the transport - spedition - logistics (TSL) market has been expanding. Bigger competition and dominance of outsourcing policies forced TSL companies to join the struggle for the client. In this struggle the price became a key instrument. Competitive advantage can be gained only by using the correct strategy of action. In the opinion of the author, the building of competitive advantage can be helped by the strategy of mass customization
