Abstrakty

Podjęto próbę uchwycenia najbardziej istotnych przyczyn i obszarów obróbki plastycznej, w której postęp jest szczególnie zauważalny oraz charakterystcznych cech tego postepu. Omówiono tendencje rozwoju rozwiązań technicznych i funkcjonalnych zintegrowanych linii technologicznych, nowych technologii i środków stosowanych do realizacji, metod projektowania i analizy procesów obróbki plastycznej, jak również metodyki wyznaczania charakterystyk materiałowych, które są podstawą analizy i projektowania procesów oraz przewidywania wpływu procesu na finalne właściwości wyrobów.

The paper deals with the presentation of most important areas of plastic working in which the progress is particulary noticible. It points out the characteristic features of that progress as well. Trends in developing technical and functional solutions for integrated process lines, new technologies and means applied for their realization are discussed. The paper also presents methodology of determining material characteristics which are the base for analysis and process planning as well as predicting the influence of the process upon finished products properties.
