The obtained processing of the results makes possible the realization of a map the defects zones. On the basis of the matrix of measured flying times we are able to express graphically the distribution of defects in the structure of wood studied. The results demonstrate good ability to reproduce of defects.

Zaprezentowano sposób przetworzenia uzyskanych wyników w postać graficzną, umożliwiającą bezpośrednią wizualizację wad, która pozwala na ocenę rozległości i położenia wad zarówno w płaszczyźnie sklejki, jak i w poszczególnych warstwach. Metoda ta wykazuje wysoką powtarzalność wyników, jest dokładniejsza od powszechnie stosowanej metody niszczącej, polegającej na badaniu wytrzymałości na ścinanie.
