The quality of life is not only important for people but depends from them too. This simple ascertainment appears in the phrase that people (employees) are the most important resources of company. The quality is the result of people activities inside of estimated values (by customers, employees, possible buyers, etc.). People (employees) represent the enterprise in external environment and form its image. The best equipment and infrastructure signify nothing without profound and honest committment of employees. This social aspect of existence and development of any company must be considered very seriously, by correct acting and not only by pure information or verbal presentation. And the discussion, stimulating to such approach, is presented in the article.
