The implementation of the classical leadership theories in the modern security management requires a thorough understanding of leadership theories. It the article describes a couple of some fundamental classical leadership theories that modern security managers need to apply separately or combined in their daily work. The style of management is considered as a set of techniques, means, methods, procedures for effective management of the organization. Which management style is the most effective depends from the managers and the security organizations in which managers seeked to use the proper leadership style definetely will achieve the best results.
