The quality of the controller parameterization of a drive system has direct influence on the obtained performance. Nevertheless, the commissioning is mainly done today by the application of basic tuning rules or not comprehensible automatisms. This often leads to not optimal performance. An alternative approach is to parameterize the typical controller cascade, which is widely used in standard industrial controllers, in one step by using the so-called “simulation-based optimization” (SBO). Significant advantages are the opportunity of defining specific restrictions concerning the desired controller parameterization and the possibility for directly processing non-linear systems without approximations. Furthermore, friction, additional filters in the cascade or controller structure extensions like the Advanced Position Control (APC) can be considered. Therefore, in the present paper, the application and the results of the SBO for different drive systems will be presented. After an introduction, the paper describes the basic principles of the simulation based optimization including the application for controller parameterization. Subsequently, the results for indirect velocity control of a test rig are discussed. After that, the findings for the commissioning of a direct position controller of an industrial servo press are presented. The paper closes with a summary and an outlook.

Commissioning beam data are treated as a reference and ultimately used by treatment planning systems, therefore, it is vitally important that the collected data are of the highest quality, in order to avoid dosimetric and patient treatment errors that may subsequently lead to a poor radiation outcome. High-energy photon and electron beams from different accelerators of the same nominal energy may have different dosimetric characteristics due to differences in target and flattening filter materials, accelerator guide and collimator designs. In the present study, clinically pertinent data for the available photon energy were investigated. For making measurements in water, first time in India, a three dimensional radiation field analyzer RFA (CRS- Scan -O-Plan) was used. For absolute dosimetry and other measurements like relative output factors, wedge factors etc., a DOSE1 electrometer (Scanditronix Wellhofer) in a white polystyrene was employed. All the measured data were utilized as an input to the ECLIPSE treatment planning system for further clinical use.

W logistyce telematyka ma swoje niepodważalne zalety. Niekiedy trudno byłoby sobie wyobrazić funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstwa bez rozwiązań telematycznych. Rozwiązania telematyczne mogą występować w każdym miejscu procesów logistycznych w różnych formach. Telematyka może utrzymywać funkcjonowanie całego przedsiębiorstwa, usprawniać pracę w magazynie, pomagać kierowcom wykonującym zlecenia transportowe, a także w codziennym sortowaniu poczty i przesyłek kurierskich. W referacie przedstawiono możliwości zastosowania rozszerzonej rzeczywistości w magazynie. Podjęto także próbę oceny zasadności zastąpienia dotychczasowych metod kompletacji towarów w magazynie poprzez wykorzystanie rozszerzonej rzeczywistości.

In today’s In logistics, telematics has its indisputable advantages. Now and again, it would be difficult to imagine the functioning of an enterprise without telematics solutions. Telematics solutions can occur anywhere in logistics processes in various forms. Telematics can maintain the functioning of the whole enterprise, improve work in the warehouse, help drivers performing transport orders or, simply, support employees in the daily sorting of mail and courier parcels. The paper presents the possibilities of using augmented reality in a warehouse. An attempt was also made to assess the legitimacy of replacing the existing methods of picking goods in the warehouse by usage of the augmented reality.

Zamieszczono przykładowe zalecenia z dwu krajów dotyczące wymaganych tolerancji wymiarowych stosowanych w odbiorze przewodów kanalizacyjnych wykonanych przy zastosowaniu technik bezwykopowych. Poddano je ocenie. Następnie wskazano, czym należy się kierować ustalając zalecenia dotyczące odchyleń pionowych w zakresie spadków podłużnych kanałów. Wskazano także jak ustalać dopuszczalne odchylenie poziome przewodów.

There are examples of recommendations from two different countries regarding the required dimensional tolerances used in the acceptance of sewers made using trenchless techniques. They were assessed. Then, it was indicated what should be followed when making recommendations for vertical deviations in terms of longitudinal slopes of sewers. It was also indicated how to determine the permissible horizontal sewer deviation.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań przyczyn pękania spoin ze stali 7CrMoVTiB10-10 stosowanej na ściany szczelne kotłów energetycznych odpornych na parametry nadkrytyczne. Ustalono, że pęknięcia powstają w procesie automatycznego spawania łukiem krytym ścian w wytwórni oraz w procesie montażu na budowie, rozruchu i w czasie eksploatacji kotła. Przedstawiono mechanizm pękania spoin na poszczególnych etapach procesu produkcyjnego oraz sposoby unikania pęknięć w czasie spawania łukiem krytym. Uniknięcie pęknięć powstałych w wyniku siarczkowej korozji naprężeniowej (SSC) i pęknięć powstających w czasie eksploatacji jest możliwe dzięki wysokotemperaturowej obróbce cieplnej spoin. Żadne inne sposoby nie gwarantują bezawaryjnej pracy kotłów na parametry nadkrytyczne.

The paper presents the results of the research into the reasons of cracking in the welds metal of 7CrMo-VTiB10-10 steel used in boilers’ membrane walls in supercritical conditions. Cracks are formed at three stages: in the welding of membrane walls in a production plant, during the site assembly process, and finally while commissioning and exploitation of the power plant boiler. The mechanism of cracking and the ways of avoiding cracks during workshop welding were presented. The research shows it is possible to avoid cracks caused by sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and cracks formed during exploitation after hightemperature heat treatment of welds. Any other methods do not guarantee failure-free exploitation of supercritical power plant boilers.
