W referacie przedstawiono dylematy kierunków wzrostu wartości przedsiębiorstw górniczych realizowanych poprzez fuzję i przejęcia oraz eksplorację. Zaprezentowano aktualną sytuację w branży górniczej na świecie oraz wskazano nierównowagę pomiędzy poszukiwaniem nowych złóż na rzecz przejęć, które z punktu widzenia przedsiębiorstw górniczych są tańsze. Ponadto zidentyfikowano tendencję zachowań firm górniczych, które realizując strategię wzrostu wartości doprowadziły do polaryzacji rynku oraz specjalizacji, która w efekcie spowodowała możliwości oddziaływania na ceny surowców mineralnych przez firmy branży górniczej.

In the paper, it was presented the dilemma of value creation in mining industry through exploration or mergers and acquisitions. Besides, it was identified the actual situation in mining sector in the world and non balance between exploration and M&A processes which are cheaper to mining companies. Mining companies found in M&A processes the easy way of value creation. The boom in the market supports these transactions because mining companies had a lot of money to spend without any operational risk. In that way, it became some diversified companies. Strategies of value creation in mining enterprises caused strong polarization in the sector and specialization in mining activity among companies. In the effect mining firms become price makers not price takers like in the past. There are two areas that must return to equilibrium, firstly it cannot cost less to acquire reserves than discover and develop them. Secondly, mining companies cannot continue to acquire reserves in undervalued market. Diversified mining companies decreased value of exploration budgets and increase account of deals by mergers and acquisitions. But the structure of mining market shows that exploration works are driven by junior companies. There are many juniors in market which are listed on alternative stock exchange like: AIM or TSX-V. Analyses of strategies of most diversified mining companies show decreasing risk activity by separating exploration works from operational activity. After succeeded effects of exploration the estimated mineral deposits is taken by diversified mining companies.

W warunkach globalizacji i liberalizacji handlu międzynarodowego, a tym samym szerokiej dostępności produktów zagranicznych, coraz bardziej istotna staje się identyfikacja zachowań konsumentów i rozpatrywanie podejmowanych przez nich decyzji zakupu produktu poprzez pryzmat kraju/regionu/miasta jego wytworzenia. Konsumenci poszukują kierunkowskazów ułatwiających im podejmowanie decyzji na zróżnicowanym rynku. Patriotyzm, czyli przekonanie, że kupno rodzimych produktów przyczyni się do ochrony krajowej gospodarki oraz jej gospodarczego rozwoju, staje się taką wskazówką. Celem artykułu będzie identyfikacja postawy patriotycznej konsumentów piwa oraz sposobów wspierania i wykorzystywania tej tendencji przez producentów.

The consumer's behaviors and their purchase decision should be analyzed by specific conditions of country/region/city, especially in globalization of the economy and liberation of the international trade. The consumers seek new indicators in making their purchase decision on differential market. One of them could be local patriotism which is often expressed through belief that buying local products can help protect local and national economy. The main aim of this article is identification the attitude of local patriotism amongst beer drinkers as a specific relationship with local brands.

Badano warunki mikrobiologiczne w pomieszczeniach laboratorium podczas kontroli stanu technicznego rozpylaczy szczelinowych na stole rowkowym i zgodnie z metodą pomiaru natężenia wypływu cieczy. Stwierdzono wzrost wilgotności względnej o 29,9%, spadek temperatury otoczenia o 3 stopnie C i wystąpienie cyrkulacji powietrza do 2 m/s podczas badań na stołach rowkowych oraz brak tych zmian podczas pomiarów metoda natężenia wypływu. Wykazano występowanie około 30% różnicy w ocenie opryskiwaczy badanych na różnych typach stołów rowkowych i brak równoważności tych ocen. Jako zagrożenie ekologiczne uznano sposób zagospodarowania roztworu cieczy po myciu i badaniach opryskiwacza. Stwierdzono, że w analizowanym rodzajum badań stosowanie stołów rowkowych jest uzasadnione ze względów ekologicznych i utylitarnych.

Microclimatic conditions were investigated in laboratory rooms during control technical tests of the slot sprayers on a grooved table and according to the method of measuring liquid outflow intensity. An increase of air relative humidity by 29.9%, the temperature drop by 3.0 o C and occuring air circulation of up to 2m/s were observed during the tests conducted ongrooved tables; these changes in envirobnmental parameters did not occur at the tests carried out by measuring the intensity of liquid outflow. About 30 % difference was observed in the results of sprayer evaluation when tested on various types of grooved tables; the results of such tests were incomparable. The procedures of liquid solution disposal after testing and washing of the sprayers were admitted to create an environmental hazard. The use of grooved tables to this kind of testing sprayers was found to be hazardous and unadvisable because of ecological and utilitarian reasons.
