There is complicated correlations in mechanical system. By using the advantages of copula function to solve the related issues, this paper proposes the mechanical system reliability model based on copula function. And makes a detailed research for the serial and parallel mechanical system model and gets their reliability function respectively. Finally, the application research is carried out for serial mechanical system reliability model to prove its validity by example. Using Copula theory to make mechanical system reliability modeling and its expectation, studying the distribution of the random variables (marginal distribution) of the mechanical product’ life and associated structure of variables separately, can reduce the difficulty of multivariate probabilistic modeling and analysis to make the modeling and analysis process more clearly

The paper presents the results of the project which examines the level of accuracy that can be achieved in precision indoor positioning by using a pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR) method. This project is focused on estimating the position using step detection technique based on foot-mounted IMU. The approach is sensor-fusion by using accelerometers, gyroscopes and magnetometers after initial alignment is completed. By estimating and compensating the drift errors in each step, the proposed method can reduce errors during the footsteps. There is an advantage of the step detection combined with ZUPT and ZARU for calculating the actual position, distance travelled and estimating the IMU sensors’ inherent accumulated error by EKF. Based on the above discussion, all algorithms are derived in detail in the paper. Several tests with an Xsens IMU device have been performed in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The final results show that the dead reckoning positioning average position error did not exceed 0.88 m (0.2% to 1.73% of the total traveled distance – normally ranges from 0.3% to 10%), what is very promising for future handheld indoor navigation systems that can be used in large office buildings, malls, museums, hospitals, etc.

On the basis of dynamic capabilities theory, this paper has put forward the theoretical analysis model and examined questionnaire data from 195 large and medium manufacturing enterprises in 2011 through statistical test methods including intermediary role term and SEM model. The results are as follows: first, in the test for basic constructs, the correlation of independent and dependent variables Sig. <0.001 and Pearson coefficient>0.500, all multiple correlation coefficient > 0.800, all determination coefficient R2 >0.650, Durbin-Watson coefficient approximated to 2.000, all check coefficient has presented distinct character, the whole regressive model explained variation achieved significant standard and all hypothesis have passed the statistical test. Secondly, during the tests for hypothesis with intermediary role term, the regressive coefficient intermediary variable was up to 0.723 and markedly different from 0(Sig. <0.001), the regressive coefficient of organization modularization, intellectual capital and knowledge resource were decreased respectively, determination coefficient R2 increased to 0.889 with significant higher explanation power. It shows that the regressive model with intermediary variable has influenced much on comprehensive regression effect and the hypothesis of intermediary role term have passed the statistical tests.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę teoretyczną danych ze 195 dużych i średnich przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych z 2011 roku. Wykorzystano do tego celu testy statystyczne, w tym model SEM. Zamieszczone wyniki pokazują, że zastosowany model regresyjny ze zmiennymi pośrednimi ma duży wpływ na ogólny efekt regresji. Analiza hipotezy o roli pośrednika, na podstawie dokonanych testów, okazała się prawdziwa.

In this study, we report the cloning and characteristics of an adiponectin-like receptor gene from Bombyx mori (BmAdipoR) with highly conserved deduced amino-acid sequences and similar structure to the human adiponectin receptor (AdipoR). Structural analysis of the translated cDNA suggested it encoded a membrane protein with seven transmembrane domains. BmAdipoR was found to be expressed in multiple tissues and highly expressed in Malpighian tubules, fat body and testis. BmNPV (Bombyx morinucleopolyhedrovirus) bacmid system combined with confocal microscopy revealed that BmAdipoR was targeted to the cell membrane. We also found that infection with BmNPV did not have an effect on BmAdipoR mRNA quantity in the midgut of susceptible Bombyx moristrain (306) at 48 h, but BmAdipoR mRNA quantity increased significantly at 72 h. We concluded that BmAdipoR gene was a membrane protein ubiquitously expressed in Bombyx moritissues and that its expression was altered by treating with BmNPV.
