Rynek usług medycyny estetycznej to jedna z najdynamiczniej rozwijających się gałęzi medycyny w Polsce. Ze względu na specyfikę tych usług istotne staje się zidentyfikowanie elementów, które w znaczący sposób determinują satysfakcję klienta oraz wpływają na wybór podmiotu świadczącego usługi. Głównym celem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników badania determinant satysfakcji klientów korzystających z usług medycyny estetycznej świadczonych w Klinice Medycyny Estetycznej dr. Sebastiana Kuczyńskiego w Poznaniu wraz z wnioskami wynikającymi z badania. Wyniki badania stanowią punkt wyjścia do dalszych pogłębionych badań i analiz, których celem będzie określenie wyróżników satysfakcji klientów usług medycyny estetycznej.

The market of aesthetic medicine is one of the most dynamically developing branches of medicine in Poland. The cult of being beautiful, the increase in care for the health and the desire to stop or close the signs of aging are the main determinants of the development of aesthetic medicine. The key aspect of the quality of aesthetic medicine is customer satisfaction. Due to the specificity of the services in question, it is important to identify elements that significantly determine customer satisfaction and influence the choice of the service provider. The article presents the results of the study of the determinants of satisfaction of clients using the aesthetic medicine services provided in the Department of Medicine Sebastian Kuczynski in Poznan. The results of the study are the starting point for further in-depth studies and analyzes aimed at identifying the customer satisfaction of aesthetic medicine services.

Nightshade family (Solanaceae Juss.) is represented in the domestic flora by both native species and of the foreign origin, including invasive. Characteristic feature of many taxa of the nightshade family is the presence of different kinds of active substances from the group of alkaloids (nicotine, atropine, scopolamine), responsible for their toxic properties. Not many people are aware that it embraces vegetables (e.g., potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant) as well as stimulants (e.g., tobacco) and poisonous plants. From the last group noteworthy polish species are: bittersweet nightshade, henbane and deadly nightshade. Solanaceae for centuries have been used in folk medicine in many regions of the world, and the substances contained in them were also used in many sectors of conventional medicine. They were also bound with many folk beliefs.
