Uczenie tradycyjne i empiryczne są podstawowymi elementami procesu organizacyjnego uczenia się. Firmy wykorzystują różne metody w ramach uczenia tradycyjnego i empirycznego. Artykuł przedstawia funkcje metod komunikacji w wykorzystaniu metod organizacyjnego uczenia się. Hipotezy zostały dowiedzione przez badania ankietowe przeprowadzone na ponad dwustu respondentach. Na końcu artykułu autor wyciąga praktyczne wnioski dotyczące roli metod komunikacji w organizacyjnym uczeniu się.

Traditional and empirical learning are basic elements of the organisational learning process. Companies use different methods in the frame of traditional and organisational learning. The article presents communication methods functions in the use of organisational learning methods. The hypotheses have been proven by survey research done among more than two hundred respondents. At the end of the article I draw practical conclusions about the role of communication methods in organisational learning.

The article describes communication methods employed in creative problem solving. These methods are classified into four groups: for collecting problems, classifying problems, for changing ways of thinking, and methods for creating ideas and comparing them with other criteria such as the main way of solving a problem, or the method’s role in the problem-solving process.

This article describes the role of clusters in knowledge sharing. It presents a general theory of clusters including a definition, types of clusters, and ways of setting them up. The main part of the article concentrates on: – the knowledge creation process in a cluster, described using SECI model, – cluster typology.The article is based on the study of both Polish and foreign literature.
