The paper presents an example of analysis of two prefabricated, frame-type railway engineering facilities located on the E65 railway with a view to potentially accommodate these facilities to trains travelling at speeds of up to 300 kph. The viaducts are single-bay closed-frame type, made of two C-150 prefabricated elements which are connected in the middle of their height by means of "joint". The possibilities of modification have been defined by assessing the compliance with the existing regulations, performing material tests, assessing the facilities' technical condition, performing comparative static analyses as well as detailed dynamic analyses while using the SOFiSTiK software
